Two people same day appointments back to back and your service shop refused to do an alignment for both of us on claims of bad front end parts on two cars with recently built front ends. The first time you did this to us months prior our two parts were bad indeed and I paid you to do all the ball joints not just one on the other car we brought in when you refused to do the first alignment and we had to reschedule it. This time you tried to scam us and our friend and we ended up having to stop by Les Schwab and Thankfully they had us in and out in about 30 minutes and aligned my daughters car the same day you refused to do our car for bad parts and our friend ended up going to Les Schwab for his alignment that same day on our recommendation since you tried to scam him right after us. Your shop tried to scam us and our friend and your competitor won both our business that day. I wont be back ever again to your shop. Two cars back to back told had bad parts that didn't and your competitor found no bad parts. I wont use this shop ever again. So over mechanics trying to scam people. Second shop in Longview I've had trying to scam me in the last year. This is why I hate using shops. Sadly there are a couple things you cant always do at home.

We have been using STS for a few months now to have our fleet regularly serviced. They are able to fit us in within a few days and are able to get every job done fast. From new tires to AC repairs, we are happy to have them help us out!

I had my tires installed here. The staff were very professional when an angry elderly customer yelled at the staff for doing their job they remained professional the whole time. They had me in and out in a timely manner would definitely come again

Best service in town! Had a small leak on one of my work vans. They got it fixed within minutes and had the van back out on the road.
I am never going anywhere else for tires, oil changes, etc…

* * UPDATE BELOW**
After using this business and being pleased with their service, especially the Service Writer, Andres. I returned for a transmission flush and two tires. What troubled me was seeing my car being driven away by a mechanic.
I asked Andres why this occurred, and he told me "I have no idea. I will ask him." The manager, Kathy/Cathy came out and tersely told me that the mechanic was doing a "Test drive" and that they do this before and after they work on a car. That is nonsense! I have had tires put on, brakes done, and fluid changes before and there was never a test drive. And, Kathy/Cathy was quite "Snappy" with me because I saw my car being driven away/
The gentleman who I was working with, Andres, didn't know why the mechanic drove away, and next, I was being fed a line of B.S.
Superior Tire has lost my business and that of two associates who referred me to Superior Tire.
I cannot, in good faith, recommend this business.
UPDATE
So, a friend and I were in the area recently and observed cars being driven into the shop and cars being driven out of the shop and none were taken for a "Test drive."

I had some old tires mounted and balance and bought new TPMs. Maybe a little spendy, not sure (I'm notoriously thrifty). But they did check my old tires (they can't legally mount tires over 7 years old) and got my car in and out while I had breakfast. I'll go back as the also do heavy trucks and I'm working on a skoolie.

Bought new Toyo tires that went bad after 7,000 miles. I was hunting in Colville WA. Superior Tire would not stand behind the 50,000 mile warranty.

Let me tell you about above and beyond! Veteran gentlemen had his battery die and couldn't afford the tow fee for a jump. Superior free of charge came and got him back on the road. Shows their love for their community. Highly recommend!
