This review is on the Parts Department as it's the only business I've done with this Dealership.Every parts retailer could learn something from the team at Stirling. I've called 4 times about 3 different orders and each time they've answered promptly, listened, been experts about what they're selling and been pleasant the whole time. My parts arrived when I was told that they would and they correct. I wish all my retail transactions could be this good.

Dropped by yesterday to see if they had any new civics, which they did! Just got this one off the truck, and we were able to purchase it. The process took only an hour and a half. Was stress free, and a super pleasant experience. Rob answered all of our questions and really helped us out. Beats a Vancouver dealership any day of the week. Thanks so much!

I bought a used car here that supposedly had been thoroughly inspected. I trust that dealerships do a detailed inspection of cars prior to selling. After just three weeks of having the car, DMV paperwork not even filed, the car started leaking oil, had battery issues, and an odd clicking noise. I called the dealership and was told that I could drive the car an hour up to Stirling and they would be kind enough to inspect it for me at no cost. Any repairs though are on me. Previously, I have bought cars at Toyota and Subaru dealerships that graciously stood behind any issues. Update: called the owner twice and have not heard back. Toyota inspected my car and found that the oil cooler line had to be replaced, and that Stirling Honda, when they changed the oil, didn’t put the oil filter on correctly, so it was also seeping oil. 440 dollars later and two days of my time wasted. It also appears that the car has a third oil leak somewhere and this morning it did not start. Don’t buy cars from Stirling or trust their Service work / inspection. They will tell you once it leaves their lot it isn’t their problem. My trust in used cars has been entirely obliterated based on this experience.

Had the best car buying experience with Stirling then I've ever had. Jared was great, fast and efficient as was the entire team. we love our 2021 Crv. we'll be back for sure.

I had the BEST experience when buying my 2021 Passport. Mitchell was quick, efficient, and very friendly. My family has done business with Stirling since the early 90’s and never had a bad experience!
