Pharm tech was very rude when calling in medicine today. She unnecessary spoke down to me and made assumptions about the reason for my call. Quite unprofessional.

don't recommend coming here unless you want to be uncomfortable the entire time, went looking for some meds and the second my boyfriend and i got over there they announced for a security walk and the security came directly to us. then started to harass my boyfriend cause we took to long deciding which brand and price but instead we just left. thats not how you treat your customers.

I’m leaving a 5 star review because the staff deserve it. I truly feel bad for the employees that work at this particular Rite Aid. They are all so helpful and accommodating and unfortunately are dealing with flack from the public. Why? Because they are consistently understaffed.
It’s Friday evening and there are only *two employees = their wonderful pharmacist and the technician. And of course there is a line. This has been going on for over a year. The drive through window hasn’t been opened in months.
Corporate: Please treat your employees with the kindness and respect that they deserve and HIRE some help! Thank you.

Wow...just wow.... I went in to buy 2 graduation cards and a visa gift card. The wonderful lady, Lynn, checked me out, I paid with my bank card, only to find out that they did not allow bank cards "for cash for cash." She had to call the supervisor. As soon as she arrived, she began to berate and treat the cashier in a very condescending and unprofessional manner, especially in front of a customer. She was, as far as I am concerned, a very poor excuse for a supervisor/manager. I ended up apologizing for their trouble, and the "supervisor " said, "She knew it wasn't supposed to be done. She knows she can't take a bank card for a visa gift card. She has been told multiple times." This was totally unprofessional and controlling, and definitely unbecoming of a manager or supervisor, who should be representing Rite Aid. Do better Rite Aid!

It's unfortunate that one employee can make or break a business, but that's exactly what has happened (for me, at least) at this pharmacy location. I've had generally positive experiences here, except for one employee who is unnecessarily rude and has been every single time she has "helped" me, over the course of a couple years. I dread picking up prescriptions because of this one person, and I'm considering just transferring my prescription so I don't have to encounter her. Really unfortunate, as this is a convenient location otherwise.

Go take your money elsewhere. They are rude, slow and everyone hates their job that works there. It is not worth it.
They will make you stand in line multiple times because of their mistakes billing. If you ddon't have insurance you get punished and looked down upon for using goodrx.
Drive to walmart and go give them your business and get a much better experience!

If you don't pick it up within a day, they remove the prescription and the refill. I didn't pick it up, so I did not use the refill. I will not recommend this place to anyone, use a different pharmacy

Gave my 5mo old son an adult prescription. scary to think if I hadn't caught it before giving it to him. No consult was given when meds were picked up. And even if the Dr gave the wrong doseage it should have been a big red flag to give a 5mo old an adult dose. Neither kelso or Longview pharmacy caught it. I had to transfer prescription because they kept saying they had to order it and it wasn't coming in. Order was originally for kelso rite aid. Picked up from Longview rite aid. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I have always had a nice experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will say, that the store esthetic is a bit dismal, and the theory they are not ordering anything because they are getting items from other stores that closed, seems a bit much, and there are so many empty shelves, looks like it was one that was getting ready to close. This is certainly not the fault of the employees working at the store, and they explain it great.

I didn't get her name but the gal working the counter Wednesday at 5pm was doing an absolutely amazing job and had impeccable customer service with smile. Just thought she should get some well deserved recognition.

I walked into the store because it was cold outside and I was waiting for my bus. The moment I walked in I was asked by a cashier asking me "do you need help with anything sir?" Or "what are you looking for sir?" Using a very passive aggressive tone towards me. The moment I walked in. I am a high school student wearing a backpack and a hoodie, I would've gladly taken off both of my items if asked. I felt profiled and pressured to leave the store because of my appearance.

I've been getting meds for 60 years and have never had so much trouble with a pharmacy as this one. BUYER BEWARE you will have trouble with these people. They need to clean house and get and start over with a new staff.

1. Went through the pharmacy drive through and the next day the man at the counter had searched me up on social media to ask me on a date mentioning he already had my number! WEIRD and CREEPY invasion of privacy.2. Went inside today for personal items no cashier to be found. Waited nearly five minutes at the register when an employee and manager finally arrived. Manager was showing his employee memes on his phone the entire purchase and walked off after my purchase went through. I had to reach over and pull my receipt.I’m not sure what your hiring process is but maybe it should be re evaluated as both experience’s were uncomfortable and honestly I’m sure the first experience is against some sort of laws!?Get it together
