I have always had a nice experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will say, that the store esthetic is a bit dismal, and the theory they are not ordering anything because they are getting items from other stores that closed, seems a bit much, and there are so many empty shelves, looks like it was one that was getting ready to close. This is certainly not the fault of the employees working at the store, and they explain it great.

I walked into the store because it was cold outside and I was waiting for my bus. The moment I walked in I was asked by a cashier asking me "do you need help with anything sir?" Or "what are you looking for sir?" Using a very passive aggressive tone towards me. The moment I walked in. I am a high school student wearing a backpack and a hoodie, I would've gladly taken off both of my items if asked. I felt profiled and pressured to leave the store because of my appearance.

I've been getting meds for 60 years and have never had so much trouble with a pharmacy as this one. BUYER BEWARE you will have trouble with these people. They need to clean house and get and start over with a new staff.

1. Went through the pharmacy drive through and the next day the man at the counter had searched me up on social media to ask me on a date mentioning he already had my number! WEIRD and CREEPY invasion of privacy.2. Went inside today for personal items no cashier to be found. Waited nearly five minutes at the register when an employee and manager finally arrived. Manager was showing his employee memes on his phone the entire purchase and walked off after my purchase went through. I had to reach over and pull my receipt.I’m not sure what your hiring process is but maybe it should be re evaluated as both experience’s were uncomfortable and honestly I’m sure the first experience is against some sort of laws!?Get it together

"Jenny" was very very rude. Not a good cashier. Very short and disrespectful for no reason. Did her a favor and she gave me so much attitude I wanted to leave.

This rite aid really needs to hire some new employee's. It's unlike any other rite aid I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot of them.. thank God there is a different location just across the bridge in the city of kelso. It really is worth the extra mile to not have to deal with whatever problems your gonna experience. wether it's rude people, lack of any kind of help you see at any other rite aid youve ever been into.. it's just not worth the problem's.

Spoke with a pharmacist and she was very rude, cutting me of and raising her voice over me misunderstanding her and trying to correct the information i was giving. Then she hung up on me acting like she could not hear me, saying “hello? maam?” *click* I immediately called back and asked for the manager and we settled my original concern with ease and shared my concerns with the previous phone call. The manager was very unsympathetic and passive of the matter. At least I got my prescription filled but man, the care that comes with the service is poor.

I work at lower columbia vet and every time we call in a prescription we are placed on hold for 10+ minutes. we work in a vet office and can not be put on hold we need to be answering phones. OUr clients needs these scripts called in for their pets. i brought this up to the pharmacist and her response was " go to another pharmacy" well, we can't call another pharm, because we HAVE to call who the clients go through!That was uncalled for and unprofessional to say!

This rite aid is horrible. They have been out of my needed medication for 10 days and basically have told me there is nothing they can do. So unhelpful. I have transferred all my RX’s elsewhere where I have quick turn around, friendly service and no issues. Avoid Longview Rite Aid-they just seem to be not on the ball there!

This location is well-stocked and easy to get in and out of quickly, but seems to be struggling to stay open. At the very least they need to fix the multiple burned out lights all over the store.

I'll be going to CVS from now on. I've been a RiteAid customer for years, but unless there's a different one in Longview I won't be going back. The staff is rude, and cold. The pharmacist acts like they hate being there, the manager and cashier obviously hate being there, and resent having a customer in their store. It's a never again for me.RiteAid= Wrong Way

on 12/13/2022 7:33pm my son of 18 months needed some essential items but sadly our shopping was cut short due to an extremally loud commercial floor buffer. The machine was so loud I had to cover my sons ears and proceed to the front. I brought it up to the employee when he asked how everything was going. He was nice enough to listen and direct me to his manager. The lady manager didn't seem to care as much and stated they are scheduled to close early but still had plenty of shoppers and time left before so. 115dB - Noise at this volume is only safe for up to 15 minutes without protection. Putting customers and employees at risk to this is bad on the manager.I hope Rite aid can address this issue for any future cleaning schedules and customers.Thank you.
