My experience was high quality satisfaction. Ashton was approachable, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He slid the needle in my arm so smoothly and quickly that I didn’t even know he’d done it even though I was watching, he was that good. And unlike almost every other blood draw I’ve ever had there was no bruising, not even a hint of one. I’d made an early appointment and was taken in immediately. Best lab experience ever, thank you, Ashton!

I love how caring and efficient your staff are. I always feel at ease when I have to go to the lab for blood draws because I know I will get good, competent care.

I have small veins for blood draws and Kai in Longview was in and out without my knowledge or even knowing he'd done the test. He was excellent and very patient when I informed him of previous issues of having small vein problems while giving blood. Hopefully I will be able to have him for all future blood draws.

Good people doing a good job. Unfortunately the worst automated service I've ever had the misfortune to hear. There isn't an option to speak to a real person, but that's not new anymore. No biggy. It's the first voice you hear. It is the worst. High pitched heavy breather. Which isn't a deal breaker as I'm not that great either, but ....You'd think the person recording themselves could put down the sandwich or whatever they're stuffing in their mouth long enough to do the job, but no. They're trying to speak through whatever food's stuffed in their mouth. It makes a person uncomfortable to say the least. After that the other person has a gentler voice, and isn't eating anything. For a place that is very respectable and responsible it's an odd first impression to anyone calling.

From the moment I stepped foot in the door to the moment I stepped out, I was unimpressed. The front desk woman did not acknowledge or greet me as I checked in via the tablet (only option) directly in front of her desk. My phlebotomist, Annette, seemed nervous and unsure of herself. During my blood draw, her hands were shaking. She then proceeded to mumble "oh dang it..." once we completed the draw. I confronted her about her nerves and we had to bring in another staff member to check her work. Completely unprofessional and unkept environment to name a few others. I will travel to a different Quest location for all future appointments.

A tattooed, guy gave a simply blood draw without cleaning area or changing gloves from when he called me. Terrible sanitary conditions. I did NOT see him unwrap a new/fresh needle either. This was at Lakeside. Why doesn't PeaceHealth do something? His mother also works there, and probably got the guy the job. Wounded area was black/blue for over 10 days and NOW 8 months later is causing me pain & problems.

You can't talk to anyone on the phone. Otherwise it was very convenient.
