“Really love that they have FSA eligible products labeled, it has been extremely helpful. The employees are helpful whenever I need assistance. The only thing I dislike about this store is the new carts, my kid is in the way when she's in the cart so it's hard to see right in front and it seems like one cart maybe is malfunctioning and locking up right as you get out the first set of doors. Happened to me then a guy the next day I went shopping for Christmas gifts. Still a great store.”

“I have found this location Walmart pharmacy to be surprisingly above average compared to other pharmacies in Longview and Kelso. This Walmart pharmacy had my hard to find drugs when Riteaid and Fred Meyer did not. The wait time was 30 min, which wasn't great, but would any other pharmacy be faster?That said, my review is based on their service in 2019. I don't know how their service is in late 2021 when many pharmacies are struggling and some are imploding.”

“They are always helpful and understanding. The pharmacy techs have always been helpful but one stands out from the others. Her name is Sue. I trust that she will do what she can to get my prescriptions correct and timely filled. One of my prescriptions was not available at her pharmacy at that time, so she checked a different store and found it for me. She did the foot work for me so all I needed to do is to pick up my RX from the other store. I won't go anywhere else for my prescriptions.”

“It is a good store, although prices are getting high. My wife and I shopped there today(April 18th). She is 73 years old, handicapped and has a brain tumor so she is a bit slow and not too coordinated. She was riding a store electric cart. It appeared to be a new cart, but that's not important. On our way to the car to unload our groceries, she pulled up along side the car to back up next to her door, since she can't walk unassisted. When she started to back up, the cart took off at a sudden high speed, due to a fault in the carts electronics. She lost control, due to the rapid reversing, and the cart tipped over. Fortunately for her and for Fred Meyer, Longview, she was not hurt, other than a laceration on her lower leg. There happened to be about 5 employees in close proximity, and they rushed over to help. They picked up our groceries and assisted me in getting her on her feet and into the car. Her condition is such that I could not have done it by myself. I have to thank those employees that were moving carts, and loading groceries into other cars in the pickup spots. Fred Meyer could be liable for a big law suit, if they don't address this issue and get their carts modified so they are not so uncontrollable when in reverse, and turning. ALL carts she has used at Fred Meyer's have had the same dangerous quirk, not only the one she used today. I have seen so many people run into the shelves, and/or knock over displays because the machines take off so fast when making a sharp turn. Please address this issue, Fred Meyer/Kroger or be ready for a huge lawsuit from someone. Serious injuries can occur with these dangerous handicap carts.”

“This particular location has improved a bit. I'm truly grateful for that.They might do better to hire more staff? I waited in line for 20 minutes for a prescription that was to be ready the day before only to be told; "it wasn't ready." I've been standing in line a second time and we're approaching the 20 minute mark.”

I’m leaving a 5 star review because the staff deserve it. I truly feel bad for the employees that work at this particular Rite Aid. They are all so helpful and accommodating and unfortunately are dealing with flack from the public. Why? Because they are consistently understaffed.

It’s Friday evening and there are only *two employees = their wonderful pharmacist and the technician. And of course there is a line. This has been going on for over a year. The drive through window hasn’t been opened in months.

Corporate: Please treat your employees with the kindness and respect that they deserve and HIRE some help! Thank you.”

“Our insurance made us change to this pharmacy. I was NOT happy about it. Now, after over a year with this pharmacy, I can tell you that they are amazing! We have never had such good service from a pharmacy. So, 5 stars to you Safeway Pharmacy. Thank you for all you do for us!”

“Great pharmacy if not for dealing with all the online carts in the way making a already crowded store unbearable I wish they would figure out and build a bigger store and have more room to do the online stuff pharmacy needs more staff but the staff that's there are great!”
