Dan was nothing but unhelpful and rude when we dealt with him for a metal building. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He screwed me out of a $500 deposit with no remorse. DO NOT do business with these people.

Great place to buy a utility trailer. Salesman was informative. Nice guy. I purchased a Iron Eagle trailer excellent build quality. Made in Oregon.

Drive close to 2 hours and he refused to sell to me saying he was holding the trailer for someone who called at 11 am it's now 4pm. Obviously they weren't coming down. Guess my time driving down there wasn't worth it to them.

Update: I think there was a glitch. I did not mean to give one star. Definitely 5 starsI have bought two trailers from here. One couple years back, the second one under a year ago.Great place to do business, he’s a very nice guy! Highly recommend Northwest Trailer!

Switch and bait? They advertise on Facebook but when you try and purchase a trailer they make all these excuses why you can't buy it. Even tried 100% purchase over the phone but they say as your card might be fraud. They tell you they will hold it for a $100. non-refundable and then they will not follow through. Switch & Bait?????
