More Power keeps me connected to my Job via VPN. That makes me a Happy Camper. I'd have given them 5 Stars but they no longer do Individual Customers so I can't give them my own Star. But they sure spoil me rotten as an Employee for my Remote Job!!!

My husband and I built our first gaming PC. We got it to the point where the fans would run, but it wouldn't produce a video signal. Do to COVID-19, most computer repair places in Longview have shut down or switched to business-only clientele, so when it came time to get professional help, we were basically screwed. Maybe the fifth place we tried was More Power Technology. They normally don't even do residential computer repair, but the awesome dude inside repaired our PC in the span of a few minutes! He builds and repairs gaming PC's as a hobby and generously fixed our box of spaghetti wire and zip-tied components as a spur of the moment type thing. Dude whose name I've never learned, thank you, thank you, thank you! More Power Technology Group hires the nicest and most talented people! Oh, my god, Thank you!If there was a way to officially do residential computer repair there without stealing minutes from that guy's lunch hour, I'd be a regular customer.

I generally don't write reviews because they show a biased opinion for one persons service. I personally have been here several times with my son my spouse and my best friend. Every time we come in we get excellent customer service from Jimmy. Jimmy goes above and beyond each and every time we come in even if it's only just to ask questions. Very friendly very knowledgeable and very customer service orientated.

What can I say... I live in Longview, WA but when it comes to computer repairs, upgrades or a whole new machine I make the drive across the bridge to More Power Computers. I highly recommend them for anything to do with your computer.
