Ruthi and Martin were absolutely fantastic to deal with on our purchase of a truck at McCord’s. The communication is hands down the best I’ve experienced while purchasing a vehicle which was critical in this case since we live over 2 hours away. I highly recommend these two folks and McCord’s if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. They even recommended a spot to eat before we left town and it was awesome. Great experience and worth the trip down to Longview! Thanks guys!

Richard was an awesome help to me today when I called about an issue with our Jeep Cherokee. While I explained what was happening, he listened and asked clarifying questions so that he really understood my situation. He made a couple of super helpful observations and suggestions. My husband followed up on what Richard told me, and the car is back in working order. Car problems are stressful esp when you worry it may result in unexpected big expenses. Richard was patient and fully invested in helping us try to figure out what to do. Thanks for being so professional and attentive, Richard! You made our day! ?

Our truck broke down and we weren’t able to purchase a truck quite yet, so the wonderful owner Rob lended us a truck for a week so we could go on our annual trip. We couldn’t believe the generosity and kindness from him and his son! They truly saved our day and week!!!!!! We hope to purchase a great truck from them very soon!! Thanks so much Rob. We appreciate you! -

We were in Long Beach WA with a check engine light indicator on and needed someone to diagnose before we headed back to Boise. Ben at McCord's was very attentive and able to get us in the next day. I so appreciate that level of service. If we didn't live 500 miles from Longview, we would always bring our Ram to Ben.

The service department is great. I have worked with Richard a few times now and he was kind, informative, and not condescending at all - which is not something I am accustomed to when taking my car in for service (at least not at the last two dealerships I've taken my vehicles to). Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised at how genuinely nice and helpful the entire service team was.
I also appreciated that Richard followed up with me and chose to be proactive in an issue and remedy my situation before it got worse. I greatly appreciate that kind of attitude in business.

2011 dodge ram 3500 Towed in cuz it won't start. Called for a check up and was left on hold while they closed the shop for the day after waiting for 30 minutes. Arrived to pay the diagnostic fee and was told there was no part on the west coast for the replacement and who knows how long it would take for the part from east coast. Towed it home both tows at our expense. Found part online and will replace it ourselves.
2018 dodge journey shows check engine light goes into limp mode. Sent to repair shop for cam sensor 1 and 2 on bank 1. Returned to me. No change light cam back on cam sensor 1 bank 2. Returned to repair shop for another swap of sensors which again did nothing. I suggested it was an electronic problem since there was an electric actuator malfunctioning with the cabin heating/cooling system. Repair shop would not investigate because the light had not come back on and i had to pay for the diagnostic fee. I sold it with less than 50k miles. Will NEVER use McCords for ANYTHING.

I called July of 2023 because of 2 recalls on my vehicle. One is a software upgrade and one is for a part which I was told was back ordered. I called several more times in the following months and was always told it was still back ordered. I got another postcard in the mail from the manufacturer saying there are still 2 outstanding recalls on my vehicle. I called on May 1st and was told they show the part ordered back in July of last year but the service department needed to talk to the parts department to find out what happened, then I'd get a call back. That was 14 days ago. These jokers never had any intent to repair my vehicle. I will now have to find another dealership and get on their wait-list. What a waste of time!

Very family oriented dealership. My wife and I hate new car shopping but Ruthi and Martin made it a breeze for us. Having worked for a predatory dealership in the past, I can confidently say that this McCords is not that. Having a husband and wife helping my wife and I out made us feel right at home, our kid even loved their play area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new rig.

They worked with me on my trade, and with my down, they were never pushy and really catered to us because my other half is a truck driver so they made sure our loan went through smoothly

Took our 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 in for a recall. Then found out the turbo was bad. $7,200 later and 5 weeks of them having the truck it is still not fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In this five weeks we had to call them to find out what was going on. Which was a total of maybe 6 times. Communication sucked.
