Went in to have the AC recharged. I sat there for over an hour waiting (not a huge issue) to find out that they did not have to put any refrigerant in my car. It was already full. The AC clutch apparently is not engaging. Alright, no worries. I was told they did not evacuate or refill anything. They just turned on the AC and checked to see if the refrigerant was full. I was charged $87.00 for AC services that did not happen, $5.00 of which was for hazmat they did not have to deal with. I am very confused about why I paid so much for basically nothing.
Other than that, it was not a bad experience. They were not rude or anything, so that is definitely a positive.

My experience was great, dropped vehicle off went to lunch. Truck was ready with new tires mounted and balanced when I returned. Longviews Tire was $200-$500 dollars less than competitors in area for exact same set of tire and size. Thank you Longview Tire

I couldn’t be happier with the work Longview Tire did on my Silverado. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and Ken even went above and beyond at the last minute to diagnose a belt issue that had been a problem for a while. I will definitely continue to take my vehicles to them for maintenance and repairs in the future.

The staff there were super helpful. I took my mom's car in for her to get it fixed and they explained everything extremely well and got it all done in one day for a very fair price.

Had them install new tires, shocks, struts, and a surprise. I needed new "A" arms. The price was great, customer service was top notch. Had a little hiccup with the repair but they took care of me. I'll be going back. Give them a try.

Have had two great experiences here! Most recently, Ken (Kent? Sorry if I didn't get your name right) was super helpful and honest with me. Another shop had told me I needed to get my brake pads replaced urgently. Ken showed me photos of the measurements their team took of my brake pads, and explained that they did not indicate that new ones were needed. While checking my brakes out, they also let me know about a couple of other issues they saw, but did not pressure me or try to upsell me into getting them fixed that instant. I feel like this team is honest about pricing, needs, safety issues, and recommendations. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.
