Had them do a Line-X bed liner. Truck came back with a quarter sized paint chip missing on the tailgate. Didn't say anything as I couldn't prove it was them. Now it's been a couple of years and the liner is peeling in spots. Another Line-X dealer looked at it and confirmed what I had suspected- that it wasn't done correctly . It's obvious by the peeling , it's paper thin in spots.
Now I hear they are no longer a Line-X dealer. No surprise.
Hard to have them fix it when you don't live close.
Why would I want the same workmanship done again anyway?

We had a couple of Line-x bedliners done at Line-X of Longview. They got both trucks in very quickly and promtly. The staff and owner were very friendly and knowledgeable. The Line-X bedliner will help protect our investments for many years to come. Thank you!!!

Recently purchased a Decked Drawer System and an ARE MX cap, with full walk in door, and had them installed by NW Truck & Ovrlnd. Jennifer was just the most competent human I've treated with in some while. She had answers to all of my questions, even the silly ones. Explained everything thoroughly and accurately. Dustin, owner and chief installer, among other things I'm sure, has created a very useful and pleasant business for us locals who just can't stay on paved roads. We needed something like NW Truck & Ovrlnd in Longview for awhile. I shopped around. They are comparably priced. Plus, I didn't have to drive to the city. Local! Great! Service and professionalism best I've seen. If you plan to build an overland rig go see them. You won't be sorry. Thanks guys.

My husband just purchased a canopy for his 2019 Tacoma from here. Everything from the initial purchase to the install was fantastic. They were very upfront and honest when it came to turn around time and pricing. When the canopy came in it had a small blemish that they showed us right away. They offered to either give us a discount or send it back to the manufacturer and we would wait for a new one. We opted for the discount. They made sure to go over everything with us that we needed to know after the install. We’re super happy with our purchase and will be back if we need anything else for the Tacoma!

Bought a canopy...Leer, needed warranty work. Was discouraged to go that route. Dustin said he would just hang up on me if I called to get any updates on the work from Leer. Jennifer installed my rainguard incorrectly and actually marred the trim on my 2022 f250. First scratch....good job! Got back my canopy. The back window would not close correctly due to improper adjustments. They never got back to me when I emailed them over a week ago. I adjusted myself. Terrible customer service once they got the $$. I recommend finding a different vendor.

Let me start by saying, now days finding excellent service, product and quality workmanship with integrity is straight up becoming non existent. The folks at LINEX of Longview are the full package and have my full appreciation. My truck has a 20 year oldLINEX sprayed bedliner that was heavily used and was seperating from where the bed welds are the rest of the bed was still in good shape once cleaned. I asked if they could repair the troubled spots and was told yes and there process of doing so along with the cost. So I made an appt. They got me right in and went to work. Finding rust damage under the troubled spots meant more work and effort than what was expected Instead of me getting the run around and excuses I got above and beyond service they took there time to do it right! After repair and prep the bed was re sprayed/rejuvenated and looked new again without defects I was curious as to how much extra the cost would be and the cost was same as stated prior to the unforseen issues. All in all this being our 2nd truck they sprayed for us they will always get our business.Thank you all very much for being a respectable business.
