Bobby is amazing at her job in the longview location! Ive been with her for a few years now and never had a problem and always got my taxes back correct and in reasonable time. If not quicker then most!. This year I was in an out in 15mins! Highly recommended liberty tax!

My husband has been trying to get ahold of someone to get a copy of his last years taxes for 2 weeks now. They say they will show up to their office and never do. My husband still needs a copy of his taxes!???? You guys sorta suck for not making there another way to acquire a tax record. And not calling my husband back for weeks!

When you call and talk to a employee they aren't very nice to you because we as customers have the right to be upset. The employee defended their boss but in my opinion they aren't a good place to get your taxes done. They messed up on my return a few times now and i'm sure i'll be hearing from them for my post. But I have the right to say how I feel. I would recommend really looking into a different aspect before going to liberty, the choice ofcourse is yours.
