Relatively new guy, here at Key Bank Longview branch. Opening this account was prompted by information provided to me, that wasn't true. I asked if Key Bank, could exchange foreign currency, specifically Ukrainian. I was told yes, they could, so I opened an account. When I returned with the currency, they couldn't do anything with it, besides question next in charge, & so on, scratching their head. That was not a surprise, as it's likely they handle no foreign currency. I understand the employees efforts to please a customer, sometimes without full knowledge of services available to an individual, and likely, was not addressed in any training efforts by management? I could've told you what to do with it, but I wasn't offered money to open my account.. lol.! Subsequent visits have resulted in outstanding services. Race, you're doing fantastic in the hurdles you face, pleasant disposition, every time. Fabiane,I can't thank you enough, or properly for your outstanding service, will you be my valentine? ?VRM lol . Have a great day folks, I'll see you all soon..

The tellers at the Longview Branch are very helpful. But, you can expect that If you have any problem with your account, the management will give you nothing but misleading statements that will cause you even more problems and grief in the future.The lack of accountability between the branch and the fraud department is at the highest level of ridiculous poor business.The fraud department says one thing the branch says another thing and you can never depend on either person's word.In the end after dealing with at least six different people to try to get this fixed... the manager of the bank Mandy just kind of blows you off.No big deal toMandy if we close the account!!KeyBank customers, please beware of Key Bank. They have a policy that even though they put a hold on funds on a check that's deposited for 5 to 10 days. In their fine print, They can really back charge your account for up to 6 months!!Even after they release the initial hold!!surprise surprise.

For the credit department: Worst credit account and customer service I’ve ever had.i have contacted credit customer service 4 times. And I was told by 3 separate representatives a different time frame to receive the closed secured credit back to me. I’ve now waited over a month to receive my money back. I was told 3-5 business days, then 2 weeks then 30 days. I am furious that I still haven’t received my money. I have left a complaint to the better business bureau as well. This is theft at this point and no one can get on the same page apparently on the actual time frame. On top of paying double on the account for late fees when I put the money into the account. You guys are the worst bank

Just closed my accounts with this bank. They hold your money hostage. They tell you their policy for credit cards and it is incorrect. Then no one at the branch or corporate can even give you an answer. Then you have to wait two business days to get your money. What a joke. Glad to be done banking here. I was literally told bad information when I opened the account. Done there.

My wife and I have been banking here for 20+ years and have received varied quality of service over the years. The new manager Mandi has been extremely helpful! I had a work truck stolen recently that had a checkbook in it and Mandi was extremely helpful in getting the entire situation resolved! Thanks for the AMAZING attitude and all of the hard work! I certainly can't say that about the previous manager I worked with at this branch!

Yesterday the 7th of December, I went in to the Longview Key Bank .I Had a family member Pass recently. I had just left Bank of America they helped me on all the steps I needed to do for his account.I had called Qual star same thing they helped with all the steps on that account.I asked John.He raised his voice before even listening to what I had to say and says No it's against the law I say that's weird cause 2 other banks have helped me again he says they broke the law then.No John they didn't break the law.You John should try listening to your customers before you raise your voice.I hope John or anyone else never has to deal with this kind of situation.Be compassionate John, Be Kind John.

This bank sucks. Charges fees for everything, understaffed. (Which I totally understand) poor employer…. Turn over in tellers is over the top!!!!! Don’t bank at KEY BANK

John Abe,I still have not received MY money. I have been trying to be as patient as I possibly can. But on Thursday, September 16th, you told me (actually you told the teller to tell me) that the fraud department closed my account and I would receive a check from them in 4-5 business days.1. Today would be business day #6.2. My account has been frozen since the 17th of last month. ALL of my bills are late. My credit has dropped 50 points(not that you care). And I have 2 children under my care and no access to the money I EARNED at MY job to take care of them.And last but not least:3. I called the fraud department after I left, while i was still in your parking lot, and they informed me that they do NOT have the authority to close anyone's account and it has to be done by the branch.In conclusion, I feel as though you have Not been trying to help me from the very beginning of my case. I felt extremely judged by you from the second we spoke and you gave me incorrect information. I got more correct information from the teller behind the counter then by you even one time in the last month. And I do not appreciate being treated like this when it was a stupid, honest mistake that put me here.I do not blame "keybank" for any of this, I understand the need to close my account. It was d*** on my behalf to get myself in this situation. But I also believe that it could have gone a lot smoother than it has gone if I would have gotten the correct information from the start.

Poorest of customer service I have ever experienced!!! The tellers are as rude as can beThey should punch themselves in the face, fire they're selfs & then go take a class on how to be NICE to people, then maybe try to get their job back- JUST SAYIN...

Atm was univalible to despence cash, and my drive across town was worthless... $200 and $100 should not be to much to ask for on a Saturday..
