If I can give 0 stars I would. I applied with them over a month ago and never recieved phone calls of how the processes was going unless I called them. Then Jon unexpectedly went on a vacation about 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard if I was approved or denied. Now I am not getting any responses from anyone in the office via phone or email. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This is the second time using Guild as my mortgage company. They made buying a home easy for us. Anytime we didnt understand or had a hundred questions mike was there to answer and reasure us. I recommend them to everyone not only because they were great people but they work with everyone and if they cant help you, they will point you to someone who can.

Mike and his staff were great! They were all very friendly. Mike was great at answering any questions that we had asked. They made the whole process fast and painless. He informed us right from the start of all the paperwork we would need and let us know if anything else came up.

This whole process of purchasing our first home has been long and a little frustrating...maybe alot frustrating. Guild was always available to respond to my concerns & talk me through what was going on with all the steps & paperwork. They were very good about communicating with us about what they were doing & what we needed to do to close on our house in the final stretch.

First month on auto pay, they screw up, and won’t wave the late fee. I regret not going with a different company. Thumbs down customer service.

My wife and I were recommended Jon and his team, and we couldn't be more happy. He knows his job and is very informative. He was able to meet up with us at odd hours and always tried to be accommodating. I highly recommend him to anyone.
