i feel like if i have a reoccuring prescription i shouldn't keep having gaps in my refills. this is the third time they are out of stock when im out of my medication. its ridiculous. can you not just order more sooner because you know people need it?

One of the ladies that worked the window on 6/21/24 was absolutely horrible. There was a problem with my sons insurance and she kept insisting that he didn't have coverage even though I had previously used it there before. She offered no explanation and was very snotty when I asked her to check his previous history to which she continued to insist he had no coverage. I told her she was being very unreasonable and to please tell me what information she needed to which she tried several times to argue with me. After she finally told me what I needed I told her I would give the insurance a call and get the information. She then replied that I needed to get out of her drive thru first because I was causing a line. (No one was behind me )
After contacting the insurance in the car I then went in and spoke with the MOD Kevin who was very kind and understanding and then was assisted by Danielle in pharmacy who was able to give me clearer instructions and actually help me resolve the situation. She was wonderful.
I truly hope this other woman in pharmacy gets retrained on the basics of customer service. I went at around 10 am, no lines, nothing. There was absolutely no reason for her to treat me the way she did. I in no way got upset or combative other than to say she was being unreasonable with her manner of speaking to me.
If this was one of my associates I would immediately pull them from the floor away from customers and address this situation promptly and take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. If you choose to work with the public start by treating people like they are humans, not inconveniences.

This review comes from another medical professional- this pharmacy is extremely in capable of taking care of medical needs of their patients, they should be shut down.
I am simply transferring from one pharmacy to another, which should be a fairly easy task. I called a week ago to have my prescription transferred, Spoke to a pharmacy tech who said they would “download my profile”, and get my medications filled, great. Today when I call in a different tech says the same exact thing about my medication! I'll have to “download your profile”. No, I already called in and that should have already been done! I told her it is imperative she get this filled ASAP it is an anti-seizure medication- her response, you call back and make sure it is filled. REEEEAAALLLLYYY? I suppose I should come in and watch you do your job too because YOU are incapable!
This how they treat patients who are on very sensitive medications? Highly unprofessional, worse, negligent. I will no longer be filling here!

Rude pharmacy technicians I don't recommend going here for prescriptions.
Still rude I said everything clear and lady said I don't need to be rude!!! She hung up me just now. I'm going to move all my families prescription needs to another pharmacy.

Takes over a day for them to fill common perscriptions, and when you use the drive through to pick up, expect over a 30 minute wait as they have one person handling the registers and the drive through.

Great pharmacy if not for dealing with all the online carts in the way making a already crowded store unbearable I wish they would figure out and build a bigger store and have more room to do the online stuff pharmacy needs more staff but the staff that's there are great!

Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Whoever answered the phone each time I have called has been the rudest person I have had the displeasure of speaking with. I get that maybe the caller before me was difficult but deal with but take it out on the rest of your customers. They told l me that my prescription can't be filled because the insurance company will only cover the name brand not the generic. I call my insurance company and my insurance company said Fred Meyer already put in and processed for the Advair. I called Fred Meyer and she admits that yes they went ahead and submitted the claim even though they didn't have the prescription - because they would have it in a few days. So rather than try to get approval for the generic they just.... I don't know maybe that's not dishonest but to me you shouldn't submit reimbursement for a prescription you're not able to fill. So I can't even get the prescription until they actually get it in stock since they've already submitted the claim. Overall the worst experience I've had having to call them several times because for some reason even though they got two of the four prescriptions my provider sent over at the same time the other two disappeared. My provider had to send them three times. If my local pharmacy wasn't down I wouldn't be using Fred Meyer. I can assure you if my local pharmacy is still down next month I will find someone else to fill them I will not use them ever again.

I'd give 0 but that's not possible. The lady on the phone was insanely rude. Like I has no business calling as if that's not literally her job. I said thank you so much and she hung up.

The staff here are garbage, have no interest in helping you at all, and are plain rude. There are plenty of options available in town where they’ll actually care to help you.

Fred Meyers pharmacy is a joke they are so rude to customers as well as the doctors office. I am moving all my medication to another pharmacy. I have had nothings but trouble with this place. I would recommend that no body goes there! Horrible customer service and they play games with your medication which causes health issues. HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORK THERE!

They are so curt it comes across as rudeness. I think it is the specific lady Nicole. Multiple times she has made me feel so badly about myself just for inquiring about the readiness of a prescription or just to call to fill a prescription. It is not hard to smile and be kind and I am lost as to why I am never given either... I have to come here for a single prescription because they are the only place that has it. Otherwise I would go elsewhere.

Customer service is not a priority at this facility. What seems to be a priority is minimally staffing the pharmacy, resulting in consistent poor service and exceptionally long wait times. It’s no fault of the staff, all of whom seem to give their best. Shame on Freddys for patient and employee disregard.
