I've made 2 appts here and had to wait 1-2 months each time: --the 1st, I arrived 15min early as directed, but when I checked in, they same that they'd tried to call me because my appt had been cancelled (no explanation as to why) but that I had not answered my phone and "it just kept ringing." They either misdialed or lied outright: neither of my phones rung *and* BOTH have answering systems.--the 2nd appt (made with a different dr, not the one I was supposed to see)? Well, big surprise: no confirmation call and no proof that the appt was ever made other than the appt card they handed me. (probably collecting the "missed appt" fee from the insurance without ever planning to see me)I'd made an appt there first, but my mom and brother got sooner appts and (to their regret) actually saw a dr there:--they threatened my brother with and involuntary feeding tube if he "didn't bulk up" (he's s small guy by genetics)... when he went in for a physical and to ask about swelling to his feet--the dr discussed his issues with my mom without any paperwork stating they could (violating HIPAA), interrupted her appt to answer her cell then stepped out to get coffee (which she drank during the appt), accused my mom of smoking (my mom's allergic to tobacco), and refused to give her a referral to a dermatologist (my mom has a history of needing pre-cancerous skin patches treated).---NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN---

This place is very unprofessional, I called 3 days in a row for a follow-up appointment after being in the hospital, I left voicemail each time, no one ever called me back. I even left the office manager a voicemail, no response, I won't go back to them ever.

The family health center has the dental portion on the second floor and the medical portion on the first floor. I came to see the dentist for pain I was having after I had a cap recemented. There is an elevator you can take you do not have to take the stairs to go to the second floor there is a electronic temperature taker Kiosk. I only waited for a very short time and then I was shown in through several doors. I had x-rays taken and a dental assistant was helping me. The dentist very shortly came to see me and poked in my gums talked with me and then said he would tell me everything was going on when they were finishing with their assessment. Needless to say I am very savvy when it comes to my health care and my dental care so the things he told me that I would need to do sounded very logical and forward thinking. I will definitely be coming here again.
