However the sales advocate, Kyly Hall was VERY helpful, patient, and knowledgable in helping me get set up with new service! Thank you Kyly! Was not supposed to get my activation fee waived but somehow i got that waived. I think she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and with customer service. I've been in customer service and I know it is NOT easy! So kudos and props to you Kyly! YOU ARE AWESOME!”

“I have bought a big screen TV in the past from Aaron’s. It was a wonderful experience.Yesterday, Deryn and Carter from Longview Aaron’s, were handing out flyers in my neighborhood. It was raining and I was by myself. I’m a single mom. I was in the back of my truck in the rain, thinking how I was going to unload a cabinet I bought that has a granite top. Extremely heavy!!!
