Just wasn't my idea of a calming jewelry store. The leopard print carpet was old and tacky. That may not be the shop owners fault. It covered the halls and stairs. The selection was pretty minimal, and I didn't really look at prices. It might be okay for others, but it wasn't for me.

Valerie is such a Delight to create the jewelry you want.She helped us create a new wedding band for my husband (the original was lost in one of our moves).We changed things around a couple times & she was extremely patient & had excellent suggestions but always 'listening' to our needs.Highly recommend her!?

I can not thank Val enough for the love and time she put into helping me fix my wedding set. I had lost the center stone to the engagement ring. I was devastated! she was so patient and found the perfect replacement.. she had many options available for me which also accommodated my budget. I could not be more thankful. I had my ring back in 2 weeks and they replaced the two other main pegs as a courtesy...I was so pleased with the entire process.Such amazing care and service.Thankful ?

My grandmother lost my grandfather in April. Shortly after my grandmother lost the Diamond in her wedding ring, 50 years old. Valerie was so kind and sweet. My grandma thought she may never be able to wear this ring again and everyone thought it would be hundreds of dollars to get replaced and fix the tips. Valerie and partner were able to do so in just one week under 100$. We are more than pleased with this service. My grandma was absolutely thrilled. It looks like new. The Diamond Lady has my recommendation as well as that is where I will be shopping for any Diamond needs from here on. I am writing this review because this is how I discovered the Diamond Lady and I want to make sure others have the same opportunity and can be assured they will be in good hands!

I lost my mother a yr ago . Was looking for someone to redo her wedding band went 3 places when I met her I just knew she was the one to do it. I took her plan wedding band in with some of my moms other jewelry I wouldn't were had a great conversation of ideas .she custom made the ring into a gorgeous ring !!!! Picked up my ring today and could not be happier. I was very specific with what I wanted so waited for the ring first. She is making a band to match and a diamond necklace for my daughter. Valerie is simply the best.
