Went into the Cricket store in Longview to port a number over, but due to some "technical issues" with my current provider, was not able to port the number over. However the sales advocate, Kyly Hall was VERY helpful, patient, and knowledgable in helping me get set up with new service! Thank you Kyly! Was not supposed to get my activation fee waived but somehow i got that waived. I think she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and with customer service. I've been in customer service and I know it is NOT easy! So kudos and props to you Kyly! YOU ARE AWESOME!

Aubbrey was so amazing! She was very helpful made me feel comfortable. I asked so many questions and she was able to answer everything and on top training a new employee just wanted to say thank you and definitely see Aubrey if anyone can get a chance.

I've been a customer since Cricket came in the area years ago and this is my first time in the store and I got to say, I was pretty impressed with the way Kyly helped me pick out a new phone and get all my data transferred over. Quick and easy... somebody give this girl a raise ?

Kyly was absolutely amazing! I watched her go above and beyond to help multiple customers fix their phones. She was very clear and patient with everyone! She also welcomed everyone in with a welcoming smile. She is definitely a keeper and she knows sooooo much about phones!!
