I found Creative on Google and called because they're the only 5 star provider. He diagnosed my laptop on the spot, gave a fix and the cost. He fixed it in 2 days, even after ordering a part, and beat his cost estimate by 20%. I couldn't be happier!! I'll be back, and will refer all my neighbors.

Joseph is Amazing, very knowledgeable! This is the second time he's helped us with my son's laptop repairs. I called him with the issue Tuesday afternoon, he had it fixed and back to us Wednesday afternoon and that was having to order a part for it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This gentleman knows his stuff! I've been trying to use my laptop to game, and it wasn't cutting it. Long story short I now have a new desktop that can run all my games ? He answered all questions and gave a quick rundown on my new PC. For all of you Apex players out there looking for a PC or it's related needs, look no further; this guy is a true legend. I was tricked into letting hacker take over my computer until I realized I was trusting too far. Thanks to Joseph I got it all scrubbed and no loss of important photos or any sensitive material. He's my hero and was very reasonable! I am forever grateful! Good man!

Now a home based business, I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased at the service not only that I received, but I had an opportunity to see him serve 2 other people before me. His kind helpfulness, and total lack of judgement regarding password confusions, or "I don't knows" is awesome. His ability to find a solution to one of my problems was to me, miraculous. Very knowledgeable. Very patient with me too as I had a family medical emergency. When I got back to town he got right in it and fixed my MacBook very quick. The cost was lower than I expected for the service and parts. I had a great experience and will go here if I need help with other machines.Thank you!!!

Helped me fix a windows boot issue in a sense ? 100% satisfied, one of few truly stand up business men out there when it comes to computer repair. Personable, knowledgeable and willing to do returns.So, this is what happened. I called and asked if he had a 1 TB drive. He said he did and I came over to purchase the drive. This is a home business so, there’s not a stock or inventory room. Sometimes things can get mixed up. This is what happened in my case. He had every right to tell me that I that purchases were final and I should’ve checked. Instead he immediately recognized what it happened, found the drive he’d meant to give me and, said bring it back I’ll give your money back. Not only did he do exactly that but he also helped me remove the drive from my laptop right then and there to fix the problem and then gave me a free cleaning. I would like to state that this doesn’t happen. Usually when you buy something from a business if you mess up or they mess up they still have the right to tell you purchases are final. I am beyond ecstatic and pleased with the service and knowledge of the owner. I would hands-down recommend to anyone looking for upgrades or service on their computer that they go to Creative. One of the few truly honest businesses out there and Veteran owned.
