I recently accompanied my 92 year old Grandpa to the Longview Exfinity Store to sort out some account situations. We worked with Dylan, and he was patient and thorough. The account was sorted out to our satisfaction and we left feeling taken care of.

I was cancelling cable and it was super quick and easy. The agent was helpful and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Huge improvement over the old location.
