Hi folks, here is my experience at this store. Very friendly staff, seemed helpful and got us going for two new phones I purchased. Issue I have and that might be a boost company issue is that each store can make its own policy. In this store you get charged a $35 activation fee when boost charges $25. I was also charged the protection plan for the two phones which is standard according to the employee I called after the purchase but was never told about it. Found out later that my plan increased due to emails I received. Now I have to call boost and cancel it. Not nice. Also interesting thing was that I purchased both identical phones, same price I paid but when I looked at the receipt, the individual charges where different. One refunded me the $35 activation fee but I was charged a $35 other fee that was something like CBS fee. It is very easy to get your phone going with boost online or over the phone. All you have to do is call and a technician will walk you through or do it online. My 14 year old did it. Anyhow if you have to go to a boost store, watch your back and know you will spend more money.

I hate to do this because the owner is a really decent person but I was uh, assisted by Amber and not only did her customer service skills disappoint, so did her technical skills. When I entered the store there was an older gentleman behind me. She did not even acknowledge his presence as he looked through their displays. I felt bad for him. Long story short, they migrated my phone to a new network and this employee wasted about 15 minutes of my time and did not resolve any of my issues because she clearly didn't know what she was doing. I went back another day when the owner was there and it took about 10 minutes to get me straightened out. I have seen other like reviews for this Amber, it's too bad that the owner can't find decent employees.

Bad phone service and worse customer service. I was unable to talk with my 84yr old mother or anyone else. I told the guy l needed new phone or new phone provider. I was eligible for phone upgrade, no improvement. I returned phone 2 days later for refund and was charged $161. The guy charged me for a case and screen protector l didn't want or ask for. Its included he said. I payed $229 got $68 refund. Rip-off!

Boost Mobile has great customer service. If I've ever had problems with my phone they've always been there to help me take care of it I am very happy to have Boost Mobile as my mobile service

Great service. Frank was exceptional. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about a plethora of devices and plans. Within 15 minutes he had helped us upgrade a to a brand new phone with a case, applied screen protector for us, and gave us plenty of pricing information to consider moving forward.
