We had a problem with my jeep on our way to the beach.. We were able to make it to Longview Auto repair.
Once there the mechanic immediately looked at my car, discovered a piece of the splash shield had broken off and was making a lot of noise when moving. He had it fixed and had us back on our trip in less than an hour.
So glad to have found an honest mechanic who took his time to help us.

Great crew. I was in an emergency w my dog box trk w K9 Units n they took care of my trk. Honest n professional. Very gracious!! I believe if I lived in this town, They would be my go to auto n trk mechanic!!! Highly recommend to everyone.

My truck wouldn't start after getting my oil changed at Valvoline yesterday. I had to have my truck towed to Longview Auto Repair. They were able to look at it immediately and quickly diagnosed and repaired it. Apparently, one of the wires to my starter was damaged while Valvoline replaced my oil filter.
I can't express enough what great service I received here. I'm visiting from out of town and I had my two dogs with me. Not only did they fix the truck quickly, they treated us so kindly. They gave my dogs water and absolutely offered the friendliest service I have ever received at an auto repair shop. I highly recommend this place. Outstanding job! Thank you so much again.

Highly recommend this place! My car ran into an abrupt issue and had to get towed to Longview Auto Repair, and I’m glad this was where my car was dropped off. The owner and mechanics are really kind, and they try their best to get the problem resolved ASAP. What would have supposedly taken a day was finished in just a few hours. Cannot thank these people enough.

We had transmission issues on a Friday heading north on 5. The guys at Longview Auto Repair got us up and running within 4.5 hours. They kept us in the loop, and we're just genuinely nice people who charged a fair price for the repair. If we lived near them, they would be my shop of choice. 100% recommend.

It’s been some time but I got some work done for my car and they did an ok job but were very neglectful with some of the things I said that had to be done which ended up giving me a 500 dollar bill down the road but I appreciate them being helpful in the end even though I gave up and decided to fix it myself. All in all you get what you get for picking a cheaper place to do headers.

Great atmosphere and great people, my van broke down on me a couple blocks away from their shop and they kindly towed me to their garage without extra cost, it meant more to me and my children then they know. it was truly a blessing.

This is hands down the best place. They were the cheapest place to get a diagnosis. Steve and Patrick were super friendly and very helpful. They did not charge me more then they quoted for diagnosis. They asked before preforming any repairs and gave prices. I will definitely go back if I need more auto care.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Went in believing I had a bad wheel bearing, and I brought in the part to replace.They told me that the wheel bearing was fine. Only charged a reasonable rate for the inspection that we’d already agreed upon.I appreciate the honesty. Most places would just take the money and replace the part I wanted.Service: Steering & suspension repair
