I just recently got a storage unit with these people and the gal with the glasses was being very rude And disrespectful when we were trying to leave and the vehicle was pouring transmission fluid out of it and we were trying to hurry and leave........

I dont personally have a storage here but my brother does and they have such good security measures this is the place id choose to store my stuff hands down ive been to a lot of other storage places this one hands down best security

PSA: anyone who has a storage unit with this company BEWARE!!! My fathers unit was broken into and the owners literally did everything in their power to make my dads life difficult. He was there one day. The next he came back and his unit was ransacked. They blamed my dad. No one else has a key to his unit except him. Sentimental items from my grandparents that are dead.. antiques worth $100s, precious items that can never be replaced, cash, social security numbers, checks, etc. Not only did this company not work with my dad after the incident but they consistently worked AGAINST HIM! Literally basically said you’re screwed. He is now having to go to court to prove his identity and that the checks written were not him. The thief's are continuing to haunt my dad and unfortunately I have to say that this business is just as at fault in my mind.

I get kind of a feeling their storage units get rented out rather quickly...one more sign that the tweakers have over run Longview/Kelso.
