it's bern many years since I had an experience like this. all the stars! their customer service is unparalleled - clear (and kind!) communications through-out. I took my truck to many shops which could not fix the issue I was having with my truck and I'm thrilled that 3 years later it finally got resolved!

I went in because my drivers side window wouldn't roll up. They tried to charge me $600 to replace the window motor regulator and switch. The switch was $20 on eBay. You can tell every 5 star review is from an employee. Except for the 6' 8" mayor, he got special treatment. I haven’t been back in years because they’re shameless rip offs.

Yeah what a Great place to go for a engine diagnosis ! Took my 2011 Camaro in there and ended up towing it home after they blew up my engine after a test/ joy ride by one of their machanics. Took them to small claims court and the Judge favored in their behalf saying I didn't have enough evidence , which I thought I did have. BEWARE PEOPLE ! Your choice ⚠️. 8/24/24

Took truck in told them check engine light was on and the code was for a cylinder 5 misfire, after paying $160 for initial diagnosis they called and said they fixed a plug that was falling off the coil, but the check engine light was still on, asked for approval for 2 more hours of diagnosis, I said yes, charge is now going to be around $500-$550, get a call back in an hours time, they don’t charge me the full $500 because they didn’t use all the time I ok’d. The results, they cut my oil filter open said they found metal shavings and I needed a new motor, I told them absolutely not that motor is less than 5 years old. I get the truck back, check engine light still on, still running rough. Take the truck to another mechanic and they pull the spark plug in cylinder #5 and it’s toast. Replaced the spark plug and truck runs fine and the check engine light is off (this was 2 days after I got it back from the shop, that I pulled the plug). My question is how when I told them it was a cylinder number 5 misfire, how did they not pull the plug to check it? I would highly recommend! I dropped off an alternator to get rebuilt on Thursday. I received a phone call Friday afternoon that it was done. All redone and looks brand new!!

Update 1700 miles after services performed. I had a skid plate bolt wobble out . I showed up told them and arts fixed it on the spot. No issue.
All right!!! Attention maddams.
Services was satisfying for my mercedes. It no longer leaks oil, and it no longer makes strange humming noise from the alternator. My car is happy I am happy. I had to put some miles (666.6) on before I could approve of work performed.
