Wonderful store with a great selection!! The manger Annabelle was such a genuine soul :) I asked her to help me get a the most hilarious shirt that said M- an I- L-ove F-ishing (for my husband, obviously) from the top rack. In a matter of seconds she zoomed from behind the counter and had the shirt off the wall- i was amazed. She really knows how to run a shop, it was clean, organized and efferent! I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through BEST LONG BEACH MERCH!

My husband and I walked in at about 6:20pm tonight not aware of the store hours and not really even paying attention to or realizing what time it already was. Before we got through the door the lady there snipped at us (in a surprisingly aggressive tone) saying, "I'm closing soon." To which we said, "oh okay, that's okay, that's not a problem." She FOLLOWED US inside and said, again with an aggressive tone, "Soon as in 10 minutes soon." My husband looked at me and said, "let's just go." The lady then snipped at us and said "yeah you should go, I open at 9 tomorrow."I worked retail for several years, so I totally understand closing time, no problem! It was the aggressive and VERY rude tone she expressed to us that was a HUGE turn-off.When I searching the place to write my review and saw that it only has a Google rating of 2.3.....It totally made sense.

My daughter was visiting from Montana. She makes beautiful tie dyed clothing. We went into Frantic Fred's and my daughter bought a (fake) tie dyed shirt because she said she could never get her yellows that bright. She was discussing this with the lady working at the counter who told get that she should by her dyes from Darhma, (which she already does), and that she should use Calgon instead of soda ash. We thought this woman was so nice and helpful but, after we got back and my daughter tried the shirt on, it isn't even tie dye. You can tell when you look at the inside. It's a tie dye print. They're are probably mass produced in China or somewhere. I will never go to Frantic Fred's again.

After looking all over town and finding out most of the other T-shirt shops were owned by the same owner, this shop had the best prices! Even had a 3 for $10 rack!
