Told me they would be out to pump my tanks today and then called and told me I had open invoices and they weren't going to show up. I am a new customer and shouldn't even have an invoice beings I've never received any services. So no I'm supposed to wait till next week to get my full tank pumped. Absolutely ridiculous!

I can't say enough great things about this company! We own a construction company and they provide all of our essential porta potty's to the sites. They give the word prompt a new meaning, and are all so nice and wonderful to work with - Kellie is a gem!
