Package Express on Harrison, in Olympia Washington, has been my go to for my shipping needs and my tab renewal since 2021, and I have always been completely satisfied with the service, attention to detail, kindness, and their superior customer service, and today was no exception. I needed to ship a Father's Day gift for my Best Friend of 30 years to Marysville, and it needed to arrive by the 15th (Father's Day 2025) at the latest.
At first, Kayden quoted me a very high cost to achieve this, and my stomach just dropped. Being the professional that Kayden is, he knew something just didn't seem right, so he started researching the system, and sure enough, and to my complete relief, he was right and was able to save me enough to where I felt very comfortable financially.
Kayden took the time, he did not just rush me through. Kayden provided superior customer service, saved me quite a bit of money, and I could not be more grateful.

“Very pleased with my experience at this location. I had a difficult situation with needing a lot of passport photos, and even though I made a mistake in my order they were able to help. Remade all the photos and cut them by hand to accommodate the needed size. Went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct size. Awesome people and amazing customer service!”

“This is the friendliest post office I have ever been in! The mail out hours are a little different to get used to if you have to mail something out. That's because they are on a pickup schedule and it's not their fault, so once you get used to that, trust me, this is the PO to use over any other. I love to stop in here to check out the newest stamps for my collection and drop off a package. Christmas was easy mailing too!”
