Came in today with an engine shut down code and they got me in the shop within the hour. Have been here many times in the past with excellent service every time. Will go out of my way to bring my truck here for repairs or service.

One definitely does not want to meet the lady in the Service Dept.I was being attended to by a gentleman at the Service Counter when my Breakdown section phoned. Without realizing that I was who the person to whose office she was talking to over the phone was, she signaled to to the CSR (attending to me), not to entertain my request for breakdown Service request.What more should I say?Hopefully, I will never have to stop at this Peterbilt Dealership again.

Had a break down on the road, was waiting in parkinglot for them to open. Guy inside actually let me in an hour before opening to buy what I needed to get back on the road helping save hours in my 14 allowing me to get home that day and see my family that night. Great customer service! Thank you!
