I had a screw in my tire. I took it to Tire Rama in Liberty Lake. I was told it couldn't be fixed and needed a new tire. I wanted a second opinion and took it to Les Schwab's in Post Falls. They not only fixed it, there was no charge. I will take my business to Les Schwab's from now on.

I bought my car used November 25th I decide to make an appointment at 9am on December 11th to have my car inspected bc I was having some car trouble where my car would drive but randomly stop driving anyway I call them that day to see if my car is ready bc I have work soon and they never got to it so they finally do and only take 30 min to look at it fast forward to now may 14th for a month now I have had some car trouble it’s my rear axle that’s broken and if you connect the dots my car stopping was due to my axle breaking so maybe if they did their actual job and took more time to inspect it they would’ve caught that problem but they told me it’s my fault cuz it’s 5-6 months later when it takes 5-6 months to actually start hearing it break do more research or go back to school bc clearly you don’t know anything about rear axles when I came to you about this problem 5-6 months ago before it actually broke completely putting my life and other drives lives at risk

My wife and I had to get new tires on my suv a few weeks back, great people, and they even put my spare back and cleaned it up, I was not expecting that.

The entire staff is very friendly and kind. They got me in quickly for the snow tire change, reminded me to have the lug nuts, re-torqued, and then Conrad and Anthony did a great job with the retorquing. Thank you so much!!

The service here is unmatched. They go above and beyond. I’ve come here several times over the last couple of years for oil changes, tires, battery check and what’s nice is the same guys are always behind the counter. Employee retention speaks volumes about the quality of a company and for a customer it’s great to see the familiar faces.

Good tire shop - bought a full set of Cooper snow tires. Easy to make an appointment online. Mounting and install was good, balanced. Nice and informative manager / staff.

I called with some general questions about installing new rotors myself at home. Tire Rama had nothing to gain by helping me, but Josh was extremely helpful and patient answering my many questions. I can also vouch for their professionalism and speed in getting my tire work done whenever necessary.

Great tire store! Popped in just for air. Ross had me in and out in under 5 minutes, no charge, all smiles, great attitude. I've used them before for tires, no need to go anywhere else. They feel like a neighborhood store, and I like that.
