The best experience ever with any MB Sprinter dealership for a repair of my 2019!! Unfortunately I've had way to many problems with this van even before it was delivered. Spokane MB was the best dealership off them all in getting me back on the road within a day!!
They had the part in stock and the shop foreman was outstanding in diagnosing and repairing the safety issue.
Many thanks to everyone who got me the help I needed when I needed it the most.

Great service and professional attention to detail. We worked with Nick Nelson, who was patient and accommodating, going above and beyond to give us multiple quotes and options, answer our questions, and help us to obtain a great trade-in value for our Kia Sportage, despite a few cosmetic scrapes. We had a computer DEF code that would’ve shut our Sprinter van down after 10 more starts. We were just at the beginning of a week long trip across the state for Labor Day and would be nowhere near another Mercedes dealer. Despite being busy right before the weekend, they fit us in on our way through town and got us back on the road quickly with friendly helpful service. We were so grateful to not have to ruin our entire trip plans. Thank you guys SO much!

Whatever you do don't buy the warranty they straight lied to me and told me the warranty covers anything that doesn't wear out on it's own, so I took my car in and the warranty didn't cover besides the hood struts so I wasted 5 thousand dollars on a couple hundred dollar part so thanks mercedes. Also I bought a new battery from autozone and they told me the battery that was in it was too small so watch for that too

We were driving 180 milles from Spokane, we experienced a major disfunction of electronics, dash was going crazy, all alarms and messages ringing, we decided to drive to spokane and we called ahead to MBOS, talked to Derek , we arrived to them at closing and Derek and Steve immediatly tended to us when we arrived, Derek spant 90 minutes Diagnosing the problem, turns out it was a fault of an after market alarm we had a company install, it failed and caused all of this, Derek fxed all the issues and disconnected the faulty module, heres the Cream, TWO EMPLOYEES OF MBOS STAYED AFTER HOURS, and charged us nothing, told us thank You for stopping by and sent us on our way, Incredible customer service, if i could give 10 stars i would, drove 450 miles home never had another issue, Thank You Sooooooooooooooo much ❤️❤️❤️

Robert grabb, our salesman was very helpful getting us the car we needed. He also spent the required time to acquaint us with all the high-tech equipment/software that was spec'd on our Mercedes.
It is going to take some time to be proficient with all the capabilities of our new car, but it will provide many years of service and enjoyment.
We worked many years to achieve a well-deserved retirement, and our new Mercedes will remind us every day what hard work brings.
Thank everyone associated with Mercedes for providing a wonderful driving experience with superior engineering.
