Had the best experience here. I was in contact with Kris here at Allsport and he was very helpful giving me information on the bike. I would definitely recommend him and this place to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle. Kris went above and beyond with his customer service even staying an hour after closing to help me get my bike, to loading it, and helping me strap it down to my truck. Definitely worth the 5 hr drive. I am very happy with my new toy and the whole experience. Thanks Kris.

First Ryan is sales was awesome! We bought a 21ft switch. He showed us a bunch of features about the boat and things we should know as first time boat owners. 5 starts for Ryan
Now for the reason behind the 1 star review
The service department is a complete disaster!
We were told the over $9,000 in accessories and installation would take 1 month before they could get to install them. Completely understood, we were buying a boat in peak season. Used the boat for the month then brought it in for the installation.
They got everything install and when I went to pick up the boat they just said everything is done sign here. I asked a questions about the 2nd battery installation and if it was wired in series or parallel. Both of them looked at each other and they both said they had no idea....OK....then I asked if they installed a battery switch and if so was it a 1 or 2 battery switch. I first was told there was no switch then yes there was...annoyed I just said I guess I'd figure it out myself.
After figuring out the battery wiring and switch we took the boat on the lake. Went to turn on the speakers we purchased, that they had install, and there was a loud feedback that would change tones. Sometimes it is so loud it over powered the music. Called the service department and they told me that is didn't have any issues when they tested it and to schedule a time to bring it in. I was told to bring it in on a Tuesday and they would look at it on Wednesday afternoon. I dropped off the boat and told them I'd like to be able to get it back for the weekend hopefully by Friday. I was told they wouldn't have any problem getting it Friday. I called Friday and asked if I could pick it up and I was told they haven't had a chance to look at it yet but they would pull it in the shop now and look and asked if I could get it in the morning. I told them I would be there at 10am to get the boat. I was told no worries it will be done. Now come Saturday I called when they opened and said I was on my way to come get the boat and would take me 45 minutes to get from my house. I was told they had just pulled the boat into the shop. I told them that they had my boat all week and I'm not sure why they are just now getting to it but to put whatever they had done back together and I would be there to get it. By the time I got back they said they had determined that one of the amps was bad and that they would need to contact brp to get me a new one and that could take up to 2 weeks.
After waiting the 2 weeks I hadn't hear anything I figured if I didn't hear anything I'd get them a call at the end of that week, which would have been 3 weeks. Ended up not hearing anything so I called to find out what was going on. I was told from service they hadn't heard back from brp yet. The service manager told me that he's seen this be a common issues and that one fix could be to flop the rca cables and that could fix the issues. I asked him if me messing with the wiring would void any warranties for the work they did. He told me no and that they couldnt get me in for atleast another 2 weeks to have them do it. So with their permission and being annoyed I decided to see if I could figure out the issue. After reading the manual I found out that the speakers had lights. So I downloaded the app and found that the colors changing it would effect the differnt pitch in tones. Also in working on the speakers I figured out that both right side speakers weren't working. After checking all the ground if found them all to be tight so I moved to the rca cables. That didn't fix the wine.
No call that next week
Called to find out the service manager was fired and there wasn't a claim fully filed. The new manger said he would look into what's going on and call me back that day
No call back so I called backed and explained what was going on. I was told a new claim was be

Went to 3 different shops to find a packable set of rain gear for my dual sport. Finally walked into Allsport and Tanya took the time to help me shop for exactly what I was looking for. Great service makes it a lot easier to shell out money on good gear that will be around for years to come. Ps Tanya, the rain gear came in hand that first night! Thanks again.

My Husband and I are repeat customers with All Sport. First for our motorcycles and then for a side by side now that our family has grown. We had the pleasure of dealing with Chris who made trading in our motorcycles a painless experience (despite us dying a little on the inside) and transitioning to the perfect side by side for the family. Chris was relatable, not pushy, and did everything he could to get us the best deal possible.
The All Sports service department was always phenomenal when it came to maintenance on our bikes and we will continue to use them for the side by side. Will be recommending them to our friends and family.

Nick Cooper is a salesman representative of all sport. He is an excellent person to deal with explained differences and more or less what you want to use the unit for and everybody and then there was very polite and very responsive. Thank you very much

Everyone there was friendly and professional. We drove 300 miles to have our Slingshot recalls looked at. The recalls were taken care of. Cameron in Service was so helpful and took excellent care of us. This is a first rate dealer. Thanks Cameron. I hope your boss reads thus!

In early July I decided to look for and buy a 2024 Honda Foreman Rubicon. I talked with salesman Nick Cooper at Allsport Polaris, Honda. He was very patent with me and listened when I described the extras I wanted on the machine. Many of the parts had to be ordered. Nick kept me informed of the machines status throughout the process. The day came when the machine was complete in the shop and I got a call from Nick to pick it up. Nick is one of the most personable salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His attention to detail and his willingness to jump in and help make things happen is wonderful. Nick helped me get a few things fixed that were missed in the shop. The company even came to my place with a trailer to take my machine to the shop. It was back fixed in less than four hours. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to purchase an ATV or other machines that they have in their store. All in all a great experience. Thank you Nick

I’m leaving this for a friend who was mistreated. She rode her bike in for service, something she was quoted for at the time of purchase - a new Indian that she was so excited so have. She was wearing her gear but immediately asked “who dropped her off” as if she needed an escort. Then she was called “missy” and “sweetheart” as she was talked down to about how her $200 oil change was going to be $700 and would take all day. She said she would wait and the employee made her feel like an inconvenience. She left completely disheartened and defeated. Shameful, sexist, childish behavior toward a customer who dropped $20K on a bike. Women, beware.

I am not the kind of person that makes reviews like this very often. Most of the time I give the company the benefit of the doubt and understand there is more at play than I understand with running a business.
At Allsport this was not the case at all, I called in about a 2024 Honda Rebel with the price marked on the website as 4,849. So I started budgeting and getting ready, know I was probably going to have to pay about just under 300ish in taxes.
I walked into the shop and sat down and they set a piece of paper in front of me saying that there was going to be 1,300 in fees + Tax, at that point I almost walked out of the store, I was so upset. I decided to stick around because I really loved the bike.
I asked, is there anything that you can do about these hidden fees? If I pay cash can you wave them? I was told, “nope we actually make more money if you finance your bike” “We could probably do something if the bike was a little more expensive”
I knew at that point that this wasn’t about me as the customer at all, this was about how much money this giant company could make off of me.
They stated “on the website toward the bottom there is a disclaimer you can read”
Them knowing both well if they can market a low price on the internet and get me into the shop, I’d fall in love with my bike and pay whatever money I could to purchase it.
And looking back after purchasing the bike. I wish that I just didn’t buy it from them.
As a business owner myself, I would never treat a client this way. I know that the service I’m providing is not just so I can make money, but it affects the person that I’m offering it to. And that persons life has value as much as my own. And I just won’t recommend any person to put themselves through the shadiness and lies that a company tries to squeeze by their clients.
Do not buy anything from allsport without having full transparency of your price before you walk into the shop.
