I took my Durango to Christian brothers after a shop in Hauser absolutely ripped me off. I had an electrical issue and from the get go they listened too me and gave me an ounce of sympathy , then I left it sun night. Mon morning, 724a.m. they. Called me, did the diagnosis, which was 1hr and 45 mins, the shop in hauser took 6days, yeah right, they emailed me with laymen's terms anyone could understand and I auth work . Tues morning, they. Called me, I explained I did need it by Friday, latest. They had it done, running and unlike the idiot in Hauser these guys didn't leave me stranded after I paid them. The whole crew was Awesome, the mechanic, was an ace, even tho I didn't meet him, Thank you, sir. I was ticked when I got there but these people had my back and they may or may not like me but I'm going back because I trust them, period,

I am a retired pastor and 91-year-old Korean War vet with no halo on my head! Having said that I have a saying, "Once you found them don't let them go! I find not only through personal references as well as Liberty Lake administrative city staff members but church friends as well, that Christian brothers automotive is the only place to go! Why? Not only do they diagnose and repair your immediate problem but they check out any problems that might occur. I find as with personal health issues PREVETIONr applies as well to a vehicle for (PM) prevention maintenance! . A ounce of prevention is worth pound of cure! In a nutshell folks! Not only is Christian brothers courteous, kind with their interaction with you. The quality of repair is outstanding! Is backed up by a guarantee you can't refuse.... At Christian brothers you're not just another customer but part of a family of professional people who really care for your vehicle and you the person behind the wheel . Retired pastor and Korean War vet with no halo on his head! GOD bless

Great customer service and they have a 36 mo/36,000 mile warranty. My car had several issues, one of which was very difficult to figure out. They worked closely with me, asking a lot of questions and keeping me informed along the way. Working together, we were able to find a resolution. Thank you very much!

This was my first experience with Christian Brothers automotive and I have to say I’m not all that impressed. I called a few days ago to o see what it would cost to have my vehicle aligned and have my tire pressure sensors synced. I was quoted $149 for the alignment, no mention of the syncing of sensors. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice, told me that if I brought the vehicle in first thing (7am) he’d squeeze it in throughout the day. Ok great. I showed up this morning, with my husband right behind me so we could leave the vehicle and was quoted $370!! Not sure where the miscommunication occurred, but $370 for a vehicle alignment is a joke. I grabbed my key and left. As I left, I called Les Schwab on Sullivan, the told me to bring it over and they’d get it done for me today for $175 for the alignment and the syncing of the sensors. I guess my advice would be to get your quote in writing before arranging drop off and arriving at the shop.

A bit disappointed in the service team. Although extremely polite I found the service to be a bit lacking in the way that I had to constantly call to get updates on my vehicle.I called Christian Brothers on Monday around 10am and explained to them that I knew exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and that it was my 05 year old father's car which was the only vehicle we had to use. I was told that they would check it and that it should be done by the end of the next business day.I dropped off that evening so that it would be checked in the next morning.I waited all day for an update with no phone calls and called on Wednesday to see if the knew when the work would be completed. I was told that they would have to put the quote together and could they text it to me. I received the photos of the quote and the description but had to call back again to get the actual figures.I had to call numerous times because I never received a call from anyone. Finally on Thursday afternoon I see aa text that the car repair had been completed. Call me old fashioned but to me sggod customer service is a face to face business. I expected to get a phone call and because I didn't see the text sent at 11:30, I had to make preparations to arrange transportation for Friday evening. On another note I found out that Christian Brothers offer a Veterans discount a few days after picking up my vehicle. When I called to ask if this was the case, I was told that they don't mention it when you bring in your vehicle as an option and that I could get a discount the next time I brought in the vehicle as it was too late to adjust the invoice and that they weren't going to quiz customers on their military status. I explained that it was my 95 year old father's car and chances are someone of that age served in the service so I was surprised they didn't ask. I shouldn't have to run the sale.In total, better communication is needed. For important information such as notifications that a text has been sent with repair estimates and vehicles being ready for pick up a personal touch is needed. Yes texting is easy-to-use but it is cold and impersonal. The repair appears to be fine but I left feeling unimportant and like just another transaction even though they were extremely polite. There is more to sales than "yes Miss" or "Have a nice evening". I'm not expecting to be catered to but I don't want to be left feeling like I have to run the whole transaction. I shouldn't have to ask about a discount or call for updates. I expect the company to update me and provide a personal touch.

I’m a proud customer of CBA. I’ve worked at two locations across two states and visited several, so I’ve seen behind the curtain and know you’re not getting wool pulled over your eyes. I’ve found consistency in them and Liberty Lake did not disappoint. I’ve recently moved to the area and already knew where I’d be taking my vehicles. The service advisor that helped me was new to CBA, but he did wonderful. It’s obvious that CBA cares no matter what location you go to.

They are a great mechanic shop; very honest. After they did the diagnostic They didn't just call and give me a whole bunch of mechanic talk. They sent pictures and the explanations ofcwhat needed done. My Husband and I were able to talk about what we should do. They alsowe rated the things needing done from when it should be done sooner and the stuff that could wait, which was great. They didn't take forever to get our truck back to us, and when I needed to bring it in, they shuttled me back home so I didn't have to figure out a ride!

I had my oil changed here, I love their text messaging system! It's easier than trying to call back and forth when you are having a busy day. They also have a valet service. Pricing was excellent as well, I feel like they tried to upsell me on a few easy things but I think you get that anywhere.

I went to Christian Brother’s Auto for some extensive work on my vehicle. I had already received a quote from another auto shop that was very high. Without seeing my vehicle, Christian Brother’s agreed that the quote was fair. I decided to go with Christian Brother’s because they took the time to clearly explain what was involved with the repairs. When I got my car back, they advised me that some of the work that the other shop told me needed to be done actually didn’t. Therefore, I paid $600.00 LESS than the original quote. I’m so pleased with the skills and quality of care that I received at Christian Brother’s!Also, because the work was so extensive, it took two days to complete. Michael, Christian Brother’s shuttle driver made certain to personally arrange for my transportation to and from work on both days. I couldn’t be happier with the wonderful customer service and compassion that I received from Christian Brother’s!Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY!

Just took two cars in for servicing at Christian Brothers and couldn't have been more pleased. Reasonable prices and just excellent service. Appreciate the fact they did a courtesy check on both cars but did no high pressure push to get me to spend more money. They made honest recommendations but also let me know exactly when they felt things should be done. We've been looking for a good honest place to take our cars since we moved here and are thrilled to have found it. We will be back!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

The Service Manger just contacted me to rectify my concern and gracefully and effectively resolved my issue. There was a miscommunication with staffing with policy in place if this should arise. I highly recommend Christian Brothers as they do listen to customer's and address concerns.I just contacted Christian Brothers Automotive to have my tires swapped out, a matter of unbolting and remounting. I asked if they would match Costco Pricing. I was told Costco is not their competition, the dealership is their competition. Christian Brothers sells tires and batteries just like Costco, they are their competition. Christian brothers refused to match Costco pricing or offer Senior Discounts.
