The store is clean and people are friendly. However I'm not sure about management. I called to try to talk to someone and they were rude and seemed in a hurry. I was in there around 5 PM on July 7th. I had a few groceries. The young man checking me out was friendly but too friendly for me. He told me about how he loves movies and went on to talk about his favorite movie and asked me what my favorite movie was. It was very distracting to me and everyone in line. I had chosen $20 cash back. But by the time he got done and with the nonstop questions he was asking me,I forgot to get my cash back. When I realized this I was already back at my camp in Peshastin. I looked for my receipt and found that the receipt he gave me wasn't even mine. So I couldn't and can't prove anything. I'm just SOL on the $20 . I'm sure his till was at least $20 over and there was a camera on every till. I can't call and talk to anyone either as I tried once and got hung up on. Not a good experience for me. I like to support local and smaller businesses like Safeway rather than stingy places like Walmart. But I probably won't use this safeway again!

Didn’t have the usual pre sliced deli meat in stock I like so I decided to have someone slice some for me. After waiting in line for a while with no interaction I saw one of the workers put a piece of meat in her mouth with her gloves on and then continue slicing!!! Decided not to buy anything after that lol disgusting

I wish every store had the same layout. Kinda hard to find what I want at other stores. My regular store and they do deliver if I can’t get to the store. I really don’t like having to bag my own groceries. Seems they’ve added more.

This is very convenient location. Just next to the main road. Aisles were wide enough and well lit. Promotions were clearly marked and priced. Bakery is one of my favorites in Safeway stores. Parking lot was big. Safeway gas station always offers the best or close to lowest price and you can pay ba Credit cards or cash on your choice. There is no full service though.

Went shopping there yesterday. Produce shelves bare, debris all over floor & boxes of seemingly fresh produce stacked on one another with not a single employee in sight to unpack them. I thought they were getting a new manager. Just a terrible store.

Shopping today in store is a pain. Make sure all the digital coupons are clipped, store prices match at the checkout, and watch for overcharged items. Takes a lot of effort these days just to get normal groceries. I was on vacation in Leavenworth and needed a few things. Thanks to the one checkout guy working, Cameron, he made sure everything was correct and fixed it. I really appreciate that kind of extra service, and he did it while being very pleasant. It's obviously a lot for him too, but he did it with a smile ?. Rare attitude to find these days. Thank you Cameron in Leavenworth Wa

Well stocked with a lot of options, had everything we needed before headed out to our cabin. The prices seem higher than any other grocery stores, but this is pretty much your only option in Leavenworth. Last thing, the sell by date on the sandwich I bought was the day before I bought it, didn't catch it until I got to the cabin.
