Cody was absolutely amazing! After driving almost 7hrs with no AC in 100 he saved us on a Friday afternoon! I did not know svc and kindness like this still existed in the auto world yet alone any world these days! Really great guy and super clean shop! Thanks Cody!!

They got my car in right away with a brocken serpentine belt. They explained what might be the cause and give me a call in the morning. They followed up early the next day and had the repairs done by the afternoon. No extra this or that. No drama, just straight forward professional auto repair.

My car broke down just outside of town, the tow truck driver recommended Safe Havens and I couldn't be happier. Friendly, fast service. My truck was repaired by 10am and I was back on the road. Thanks Safe Havens!

Safe Havens is great! They came to my rescue after someone left a plastic hose in my gas tank trying to siphon out my gas. Anytime I’m stuck in Leavenworth I will definitely go to Safe Havens.

I try to support local businesses so I stopped in to inquire about an exhaust repair. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was an intruder and unwelcome. I was treated so rudely like he didn't want to be bothered. He ended up taking my number, but I think that was just to get rid of me cause he never called. I ended up going to another local business, Icicle Valley Automotive, and they are very accommodating and do good work. I guess it must be nice to have enough business to just blow off customers. If you're too busy to take on my work I get it. But maybe you could just be professional and say that.

We were on a road trip and began hearing a lot of noise coming from the back of the car as we went through Stevens Pass. We had to slow way down and crawled into Leavenworth in the late afternoon. Safe Havens was the only place open and I was worried about being a traveler in need and being taken advantage of. Needn't have worried! We rolled up and Cody immediately checked for obvious issues like lug nuts. Then he took my Honda CRV for a test drive and eliminated a few other options. He put it up on the lift and found my drive shaft was rusted out of place. The estimate he gave me seemed fair for such a huge part. I also asked him to look at some deferred maintenance, and his estimate on that was much less than what my home mechanic gave me. So I asked him to do all of it. All of the parts were nearby. The job was done by 11am the next day and we were on our way. Leavenworth was a great place to break down and Safe Havens was exactly what we needed when we needed it.

I’ve been going to Cody for years now for all of my auto needs and he’s always been a great honest guy that gets the job done right! On top of all that he gives great advice and his quotes are fairly priced and accurate. I couldn’t recommend a better mechanic!

Cody and his crew are amazing. Car broke down on our vacation and they were booked. Cody said bring it in and we may get to it sooner. They fixed it the same day. If you need auto repairs I couldn't recommend a better place.

I was on a day journey from Kitsap County to Leavenworth to help an old friend with a special family day. On hwy 97 my van started shimmying and making strange noises. After the service, I tried to find a shop. to at least look at it but the main auto parts store said everyone was booked out two days or more but there was a shop close by that had analytics that could at least narrow down the problem. Cody, the owner and his crew did that and told me they would do the job right away. Two hours later and less than the “quote” I was on my way home and extremely happy they went out of their way to help a traveler.

Price, Quality & Service. In my business relationships, I hope for two out of three. That said, I have used Cody at Safe Havens for going on 16 years. Cody delivers on all three. Over the years, I have brought in vehicles thinking there was a problem and Cody ran his diagnostics and recommended we do nothing until the vehicle demonstrated on going issues. Early on, my wife was skeptical of this approach but now she says, “Just have Cody check it he will know.”
Cody has serviced all of the vehicles I own or owned since moving to Leavenworth in 1995. I have been so impressed with his service, that I have referred him to dozens of friends. I am in the hospitality business – here in Leavenworth, we exclusively refer Safe Havens to our guests who experience car troubles away from home. When a person experiences car difficulty 200+ miles away from home it is very stressful. When we give this referral to our guests who are in a stressful situation it reflects directly on our business how Cody and Safe Havens treats and works with them. I am completely confident in referring my guests to Cody at Safe Havens.
