Used to be my favorite shop in Leavenworth! So cute, unique gifts, fragrance, clothing… but the woman working there today was so rude. One simple question about a perfume oil roller was met with annoyance and outright ignorance. I don’t usually do these reviews but such a disappointment from a shop I’ve spent a lot of money at in the past. Won’t be back.

shop looks so cute, but it’s been closed multiple days in a row with no sign or reason. really bummed! I was looking forward to going to this shop.

Similar interaction as others, owner (or who we assumed was owner) was curt and not forthcoming when checking out. Very strange interaction, as we asked simple questions and received short curt answers, quite surprising really considering their merchandising audience.
The cups we purchased had a "Made in Thailand" sticker that was covered by the price sticker, so it was difficult to figure that part out until later when we could pull the stickers apart. Assuming there's more to this than meets the eye, but whatever story resides here, thought it was very odd overall (i.e. - why cover it if there's a reason/story to offer?).
The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths, was quite the opposite of what we were hoping from a business supporting small business/women. Rather disappointing.
It is a unique store that offers very different items, so wish them all the best. Hopefully they take these reviews into consideration and their future interactions with customers improves.

posy is the cutest shop in leavenworth, every item has been chosen with so much care and the atmosphere of the shop has been carefully curated, most of the artists displayed in the shop are from local or woman owned businesses, the employees are friendly and super willing to answer any questions!

Was thinking of purchasing a very cute and artsy mug that appeared as if it was hand made. After turning several mugs over, there was a "made in Taiwan" sticker that someone obviously forgot to take off. This shop may very well sell handmade local items, I would just be very cautious and ask questions about where and who made the product. No customer service at all. After reading reviews of other customers, I can see why the owner would be rude and not want to answer questions. She is selling some very cheap products made in Asia.

I wavered between a 1- and a 2-star rating but after reading other reviews I made my choice for the1. At least after reading those other reviews, I don't feel as crazy as I felt. The lady who was in the store when we were there (I think she's the owner.) was kind until she wasn't. If you asked a question or made a simple statement, she turned very rude. By that point we were ready to purchase a couple things and I knew we were still supporting local makers so we went ahead and bought them. But when I got home I realized the one product was advertised as tinted and it wasn't tinted. Had I known the truth I would have never bought it but the false advertising caused me to buy it. We also realized that another product we got was not the advertised scent. This issue might be the maker's fault rather than the store's but I'm not sure. I love supporting small businesses, both the makers and shops like this but I will never return to shop here. Sadly, I don't see the owner even responding to comments here, so I hope people see these low-star ratings and know what they're getting into before they go into the store. We went in here at the end of our day and the end of our trip and it really dampened what had been a lovely day!

Very cute the store. My wife really enjoyed it. It’s not for me. But I don’t like buying things so that’s neither here nor there. Seem to have a lot of unique items.

My favorite shop in Leavenworth. I stop in every time I pass through. They always have a great selection of handcrafted and novelty items plus a small selection of clothing. From handbags and jewelry to greeting cards and candles you can find cool gifts and personal items.

Local artists items are sold there and a few other things. It's hard to find a 2 person hammock, but they sell them there and it's under $100 not an easy find online or at a local store.

Would have loved this store if they had wider range of sizing. When I asked why I couldn’t find anything above a size medium I was told that 1. Size large sells out the fastest and 2. That people don’t really buy larger sizes and so they don’t stock them. Not sure what the answer really is, but either way it’s pretty alienating as a customer who already has many size large pieces from the brands this store stocks. When the rest of the world is getting it’s act together and many small stores now carry plus sizes, it’s pretty telling when you won’t carry above a medium in 2022.

Easily the best store in town! Handpicked goods really-- hand blown glass, jewelry, coasters, sweaters, leather bags, even beautifully illustrated cards abs books! Some items are pricey, but one will get lost looking at so much beautify in such a small bright place. Go visit and see for yourself!
