Employee rudely complained about my GRANDMA'S WHEELCHAIR who is LITERALLY HANDICAPPED!! Turns out she was the SUPERVISOR. Cute little store but would never shop there again because people in WHEELCHAIRS and FAMILIES with STROLLERS are evidently NOT WELCOMED!!! I'm not sure why you would work in a customer service job but have 0 customer service skills.

It's a gift shop in a tourist town so obviously it's expensive compared to other places, but over all its pretty cool.

Really fun shop with lots of shirts, outdoorsy things, stickers, tumblers, and home goods, etc. Plenty of Leavenworth and Pacific Northwest souvenirs!

I shopped there in May with my 9 y.o. son. He purchased the "World's Tiniest Infinity Ball" for $13 with his own money. It broke in half within a few days. Poor quality!I called the store and spoke with a manager to request a refund or replacement. They said something like, "No, you purchased an item that was in working order, and it breaks. We won't take it back." Their tone of voice was very rude. I’ll never shop there again.

Bought 2 Brumate cooler cups - they were $23 more than the Brumate website. I like to buy local, but won’t ever set foot in this store again. In store credit only - buyers beware!!!

We were there last summer August 2021 this was one of our favorite stores. They had a lot of unique Pacific Northwest clothes, soaps, stickers for your water bottle, mugs, books. Loved this place.
