Nice little gem within Leavenworth. So many collections, my kids spent between 30-45mins to finish the nutcracker hunt.

Leavenworth is a North American Babaro (German culture and traditions) town on the border with Canada. With the characteristic that all year round you have the feeling of being at Christmas, beautiful for its mountainous landscapes and its very, very German shops and restaurants.?

Enter the Nutcracker Museum and you are amazed at the vast amount of nutcrackers being shown! Every where you look you will see NUTCRACKERS...different styles of wooden toy soldier nutcrackers, the name used for the colorful German figures of Steinbach, Ulbricht, Erzgebirge and many other makers. We have fun "Nutcracker Hunts" for grownups and for kids. A 17-minute informational video plays continually and you'll want to browse through the Nutcracker Lady Gift Shop. In April 2022, the Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum was inducted into the Guinness World Book of Records with 9,103 nutting devices on display in the museum.
