The whole team is fantastic. We worked with Greg Brooks directly to design and have him build our custom wedding rings. He did an incredible job as this was in 2018 and they still look amazing - both bands with mountain ranges and diamond constellations. The craftsmanship was phenomenal. Throughout the process, the communication and care for us and our project was excellent as well. We can’t recommend Greg and his team enough.

Came by this winter to talk to Greg but we missed him (bad planning on us) so I figured we could leave a great review for this excellent company. He was extremely passionate and made our custom bands come to life, including our own constellation replicated in gems. We worked remotely and still had phenomenal communication and service. Cannot recommend him and his work enough!

If you don't stop by and visit this magical Lair of Enchantment you're doing yourself a great disservice. I happened by Benchmark Jewelers by accident and walked out with a pair of breathtaking earrings. It was almost two pair of earrings but I was able to restrain myself. Until I got home from our vacation and couldn't get the second pair of earrings off my mind. I called back and asked the kind and lovey Miss Mary if they were still available. They were and she couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. She had them packed and ready for shipping in no time but I informed her I'd be out of town for the next couple of weeks. She held them until my return before shipping to ensure their safety. Dealing with Benchmark Jewelers was an honest pleasure and they could not have been nicer or more convenient if they tried. Knowledgeable, exemplary communication, exceptional customer service and truly, something for everyone tucked into this little shop!

We got our wedding rings made at benchmark 8 years ago and have gone back for cleanings and shopping regularly! Always fantastic service and friendly faces.When I was ready to update a very special family peice I knew Greg and the crew at Benchmark were the ones to call!They had my peice ready to go quickly and it was so reasonable. So worth it! I’m so excited to wear this pendant again ?Bonus, I updated the chain to a sliding adjustable length chain so it goes with any neckline! They have a lot of options for chain types in both gold and silver.My jeweler for life ?I posted one blurry before photo and two after photos with the chain at different lengths.

Not a very friendly fellow for the neighborhood. And I'm sorry that this part is mentioned here. This comment is not targeted necessarily at this business ... but I urge you to talk to your chamber of commerce. We've been coming to this town for years. And now it seems like the town is squeezing people for parking money by restricting regular parking spots from being used. Why is this town making it so hard to park?

We visited Greg's shop on a Saturday afternoon. This is a very cute jewelry store a block off Front street. Greg was fantastic he showed us everything we wanted to see. Super friendly. Great prices and a really great selection of local jewelry makers pieces. I bought a ring and some earrings. Looking for a cool, quality souvenir that you'll actually wear made locally stop by. Most pieces that caught my eye were between $50- $350. They also have some higher price point pieces. Shopping local this is your spot. Closed Sundays and Wednesdays

This is an amazing business with amazing service. Greg and Mary are so nice and helpful. The shop carries local artist made jewelry at a variety of price points. If you are visiting town do stop in. This is a local treasure.
