“I am rarely not able to find what I need at Sebo's. Since we moved to the South End a year ago, we have depended on these guys. They are always cheerful and helpful, even when busy, and have provided good advice on paint (and high quality mixes). Even our contractors have bought from them for a lot of things! First class local hardware store.”

He was really nice, thoughtful of our lawn, and out in the blink of an eye. We were told 3-5 business days, but they were so fast overall and kind both on the phone and in person. “Jim's review is ridiculous. I've used Pacific window and door for multiple remodeling projects and they've always been more than reasonable with their prices. I shop around the Seattle area a lot for home remodel needs since I'm in the industry and have found that this spot close to home is not as expensive as Seattle and also has much better customer service. The staff knows me by a first name basis now and I love how they work with me on my many projects! Thank you so much for all you do!!!”

“These guys (and gals, they have a couple working there now) have been just fine with me - and my wife. I am somewhat amused that they were so annoyed had to wait for help after contractors (who after all they have long-term relationships with and are doing large transactions, sorry!). By the way have these people tried to FIND anyone available who can help them at Home Depot? True they are set up for contractors, this is not the place to browse around like you do in a hardware store. I have found if they don't have it they either are happy to order or cheerfully suggest where else you can get it nearby. I think this place is great.”
