The lady in this shop is so kind and polite. Shop has cute things it's neat and clean. Got some cute shoes for my baby niece. They have nick nacks with male and female clothing and kids too.

Yesterday I arrived home, after a visit with my kids, who live in Langley. Already I see that the things I bought at Free Trade Outfitters are beautiful and so wearable. It was a good choice! And I can’t wait to return.

This place is amazing! Let me begin by saying that I ordinarily detest shopping in person. But when I wandered in to Fair Trade on a whim, there was no question that I wanted to spend some time there and shop. The shop is warm and inviting and gives off a happy vibe. The clothing and jewelry is high quality and unique, and includes casual, formal, and even outdoor adventure attire. The flax selection is fantastic! I made a significant purchase, and even though I was on vacation, returned two days later for another significant purchase. Since I only get to Whidbey a couple of times a year, can’t wait for the upcoming online presence. Also note if you are traveling with a guy, there is a conveniently place “man bench” and an awesome craft beer place only steps away from the shop.

My favorite place to get well-made, stylish staples for my closet. They have an amazing curation of linen, flax, and cotton clothing that is so comfortable and lasts forever. It looks like they now have a great selection of Patagonia and men's clothing as well. A definite stop if you are in Langley.

This store is a gem! Inviting and warm as soon as you walk in. I was immediately enticed by all kinds of adorably hand knit gloves and hats and jewelry. All kinds of treasures are to be found here- like aprons made from recycled saris to Patagonia jackets to chambray pants woven in India - which I couldn't resist. Such beautiful, delicate fabric with a classic cut and fit me perfectly. Also treated myself to an alpaca wool beanie knit by artisans in Peru. Love knowing that I'm supporting local communities around the world when I purchase something. The owner, Lilly, is lovely and a pleasure to be around too. Highly recommend stopping in to this store!
