I am new to the area and have always ordered my groceries online at my previous towns Walmart for either pick-up or delivery. This stores inventory does not match what is available in-store, often. Not only is this beyond frustrating for the customer, it costs the staff unnecessary time shopping for items that are not inventoried/ordered properly. Wildly ineffective and consistently disappointing for such a large and successful business. Sadly, I am taking my business to a different location.

Placed an order for delivery from this walmart, received a text saying it would be late. After waiting 2 hrs. past the delivery time received a text saying to check my email it was not getting delivered. The email said the driver tried to deliver but couldn't. I have been sitting here looking out the window and NO ONE tried to deliver. I called the store and asked to speak to the mgr. The store operator connected me with Brad who wouldn't let me finish my sentence and transferred me to the pick-up delivery line. Anyone who uses this Walmart knows that the pick-up delivery line NEVER answers. I tried to call back but Brad wouldn't answer this time. I called Walmart customer service, I could barely understand the guy (in India or Pakistan) he would not try to contact the store and told me to call the store and re-order. the customer service from the store and from corporate is for shit. This is the worst run walmart in the Puget Sound area. I have never had anything but problems with this store. When I do a grocery pick-up I always drive the extra 15 miles to Spanaway, unfortunately they do not deliver to my neighborhood.

I visited Walmart seeking a jump starter and air replacement as a precaution for potential tire issues. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jason from the auto center, who not only demonstrated a deep understanding of the products but also guided me towards options that combined functionality and cost-effectiveness. His insightful advice even extended to the potential drawbacks of certain air sealants, highlighting their impact on tire health and suggesting alternative solutions. Jason's expertise, warm demeanor, and cost-saving recommendations compelled me to express my gratitude through this exceptional review for the outstanding service provided at the auto center. I cant stress this enough, Jason saved me time and money and was ultra friendly and knowledgeable. I will consider from this experience alone coming to this Walmart location for auto services. Awesome dude!

This Walmart has to be the ghettoes and sketchiest one of all... a nice location but horrible store.. store is dirty food produce looks old and moldy and never stocked always have pallets in aisle. Store is never picked up products everywhere as if a toddler was running the store. Customer service is closed at 7 pm so if u need to return or need help good luck with that Horrible customer service no one ever wants to assist you almost all associates seem as if they hate their jobs so they hate assisting you... always super packed no time is ever a good time unless you like being pushed and herded by angry customers or associates bringing in more pallets to add to the aisle while speeding and on your tail not to mention the only entrance their was a Walmart associate who checks your receipt was coughing and sneezing up a storm. No mask nor covering up his mouth blowing his nose and grabbing peoples receipts ...no sanitation at all.. absolutely disgusting... save your self a trip go elsewhere

Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.

Two customer service agents behind counter neither one know what they're doing and continuously laugh as more and more people wait. This store and its CS continues to be a joke! Would never recommend this store to anyone

Absolutely awful experience. I don't come here often, now I know why, It started in the tire department where the service was sketchy at best. He couldn't even look up what we as far as tire size on his computer Employee seemed nice enough. I can't begin to describe the horror at the two checkout lanes that were open. I was literally up next to check out and they closed the lane, no offer to be next anywhere else. Now, I am trying to call them on the phone because my roommate lost his glasses in there and we want to see if they've been turned in. I am on hold for the fourth time after being cut off. Come on, Walton boys, you can do better than this.

I tried to contact them to find out why my delivery did not show up on the day promised. No one would ever answer the phones not even the managers. I called corporate and they did not even know how to track my freight. One I could not even understand and I asked her to slow down soo I could understand her but she would not. I have never like Walmart but now after this I will NEVER EVER shop Walmart!!!

I Called customer service they told me if the chicken package that I was going to return was un open they would do an exchange because the chicken was rotting which it wasn't open (I had just bought it two days prior) I come in and they were going to do the exchange then the so call "store manager" says that They can't do anything without a receipt after I told her what register I used and what type of payment and what time I purchased. Then she proceeded to tell me I had attitude... very unprofessional because me personally don't think I was in the wrong nor do I think I had attitude that's just how I talk. Don't come to this Walmart.

Not a single store in the world is going to be perfect people! Yes there's lots of employees but NO not many of them are register trained nor want to be. They have cashiers but as we're all human people call out, its going to happen! Also NO not ALL employees get keys to things so if they say they don't have keys, then THEY DON'T HAVE KEYS! Not every employee has access to everything like you think they do! (Get over yourself) you see employees pushing carts and not helping you? THERE DOING THERE JOB as a personal shopper and are on a TIME LIMIT! Not every employee is knowledgeable in every dept. If there hired for 1 area THAT'S WHAT THEY KNOW! Training at Walmart is a JOKE, if you wanna get mad get, mad at management at any store for under staffing and over working those they do have cause they're tired of it too!

Going to Walmart can be an overwhelming process for human beings. Yes! It requires a system for some big or little humans who may have meltdowns. I personally keep a list to keep down my own meltdowns. And I try to drive my shopping cart good and look on both sides for those tall "blue shopper carts " taller than me. They give me the right of way or sometimes block me. Hey I need to shop too. So My system is to try to get my shopping done faster!Get up earlier! And get out the store before the crowd comes! Wow can stuff get higher in this store as I look for my items. Well thank God I married a tall man! But he says this stuff is ridiciously high to reach sometimes too. The low prices are now like a scavenger hunt. We joke about who can find the best price on stuff. Today I found hair products on sale and he found sandwiches on sale. After caculating our order, we looked at our shopping experience. It lost a star because of out of reach items and tall carts being in the customer's ways all the time. I used humor but I was serious about those tall blue things , other merchanchise carts blocking other merchanchise.

I was looking in the toys with my friend trying to find a cute toy for my brother for his birthday, when we were on our way out we were confronted and told we were caught on camera "riding bikes" when we didn't go near the bikes for more than a couple minutes, they then proceeded to tell us they got us on camera doing something we never did and told us to go find our other friend that was just looking at silverware and escorted us out of the store.
