Never come here past 9pm, they close to early, meaning the aisles are littered with pallets, all self checkout is closed, and have only two check out lines going... Yeah not fun waiting in line for 35 minutes with two items while the security guard picks fighting with the customers :/

The cherries are good and priced reasonably compared to other stores. The rest of the experience was terrible. There were very long lines as there were only a couple checkers working and the self-checkout registers were closed. The woman who checked me out unapologetically broke a rose off a stem in my bouquet and just left it lying on the counter. The register window that is supposed to tell you the cost of the items you are buying was not working. On my way out, I asked the woman who demanded my receipt to pass on a complaint that the self-checkout was closed while the lines were very long. She told me, in a tone that conveyed she couldn't care less, that I could go get on the website. I said I didn't want to get on the computer - I just wanted to pass on the complaint. She was very snotty as I left. They have relatively cheaper prices going for them but that shouldn't give them the right to be rude and disrespectful.

This Walmart is so ghetto. Never in my life have I ever had to wait 30-45 minutes in line to check out two items. And it's like this EVERYDAY! If you aren't going to allow self checkout open ALL THE REGISTERS. Then even if you do pick up it's never ready in time I waited an hour and a half the other day for pick up! It's ridiculous I will be going out of my way to drive to Olympia or Lacey from here on out

long ahh lines and the larger self checkout is closed ? also the old lady covered in wrinkles was extremely rude to me when i walked in line with too many items(yes my own fault) but no rude attitude was needed a simple gesture or anything else would be appreciated

If I could, I would post a negative star. This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Long, long, longer lines waiting to check out. Only three self checkouts open. Customers checking out more than 15 items. As busy as the store is, there needs to be more checkout aisles open. Maybe management should stop hiding and work the checkout aisles. Walmarts need to stop treating their employees like garbage. Go see how Costco treats their employees and take notes.

As a disabled person I'm telling other disabled people not to shop here. Not only do they never have enough motorized carts but they have closed down the self checkout on the grocery side, which forces disabled grocery shoppers to have to walk around more and stand in very long lines. I have reported this store to the ADA (American Disabilities Act) for a hostile disability environment as well as to Jesse Jones on Kiro 7. To top it off every time I am in here their online personal shoppers get irritated with my inability to move like everyone else and cuss me under what they think is their breath but due to their earbuds/airpods you can hear them very audibly. This was the only place I could shop due to being on disability. But I'd rather eat less and pay more for my food! I'd give negative stars if I could

I am new to the area and have always ordered my groceries online at my previous towns Walmart for either pick-up or delivery. This stores inventory does not match what is available in-store, often. Not only is this beyond frustrating for the customer, it costs the staff unnecessary time shopping for items that are not inventoried/ordered properly. Wildly ineffective and consistently disappointing for such a large and successful business. Sadly, I am taking my business to a different location.

Placed an order for delivery from this walmart, received a text saying it would be late. After waiting 2 hrs. past the delivery time received a text saying to check my email it was not getting delivered. The email said the driver tried to deliver but couldn't. I have been sitting here looking out the window and NO ONE tried to deliver. I called the store and asked to speak to the mgr. The store operator connected me with Brad who wouldn't let me finish my sentence and transferred me to the pick-up delivery line. Anyone who uses this Walmart knows that the pick-up delivery line NEVER answers. I tried to call back but Brad wouldn't answer this time. I called Walmart customer service, I could barely understand the guy (in India or Pakistan) he would not try to contact the store and told me to call the store and re-order. the customer service from the store and from corporate is for shit. This is the worst run walmart in the Puget Sound area. I have never had anything but problems with this store. When I do a grocery pick-up I always drive the extra 15 miles to Spanaway, unfortunately they do not deliver to my neighborhood.

Jason's expertise, warm demeanor, and cost-saving recommendations compelled me to express my gratitude through this exceptional review for the outstanding service provided at the auto center. I cant stress this enough, Jason saved me time and money and was ultra friendly and knowledgeable. I will consider from this experience alone coming to this Walmart location for auto services. Awesome dude!

This Walmart has to be the ghettoes and sketchiest one of all... a nice location but horrible store.. store is dirty food produce looks old and moldy and never stocked always have pallets in aisle. Store is never picked up products everywhere as if a toddler was running the store. Customer service is closed at 7 pm so if u need to return or need help good luck with that Horrible customer service no one ever wants to assist you almost all associates seem as if they hate their jobs so they hate assisting you... always super packed no time is ever a good time unless you like being pushed and herded by angry customers or associates bringing in more pallets to add to the aisle while speeding and on your tail not to mention the only entrance their was a Walmart associate who checks your receipt was coughing and sneezing up a storm. No mask nor covering up his mouth blowing his nose and grabbing peoples receipts ...no sanitation at all.. absolutely disgusting... save your self a trip go elsewhere

Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.

Two customer service agents behind counter neither one know what they're doing and continuously laugh as more and more people wait. This store and its CS continues to be a joke! Would never recommend this store to anyone
