I went in to pick up a refill and they had told me it had already been picked up, which it hadn’t. After I left them know they then said tricare billed a different pharmacy but filled the prescription at their location. Once I confirmed the prescription had been billed and filled at this Walgreens location they refused to do anything. Clearly they gave it to another person. They didn’t even ask me for any form of ID when I went in other than “what’s your name?”. Luckily tricare was able to reverse the refill so I don’t have to deal with this location again.

I used to get my prescriptions here until I got a voicemail left of one of them spitting at the phone. I went to the Walgreens pharmacy to figure out who did it. I first asked for their phone number just to make sure i had the right pharmacy. But they decided to gaslight me instead making me sound crazy and that I just made it all up. They looked at my account and couldn’t find a log that someone had called me on my account. ? of course they can’t. (Sarcasm). So I popped off. Cause spitting at someone’s phone, idc if it’s a voicemail it’s disrespectful and disgusting. I told them they were “disrespectful mother*****” and they were like “no need to be rude” LIKE REALLY??? REALLY? As if they didn’t randomly call my phone and leave me a voicemail of them spitting. The video is cropped to protect the other phoen numbers I had in my voicemail box. I saved the voicemail as a file on my iPhone just in case the sound can’t be heard on the screen recording. And no I didn’t do anything to deserve this. I was shocked at first. I always just went and picked up my prescription. I never gotten to an argument with one of them prior to this event. So I have no idea why they would leave a voicemail like this truthfully.

I'm giving this company two stars because my first experience was great. I decided to return to this location to get my flu shot after I received such great service. I am active duty military and I normally get my shot on base but because I've been on leave I've decided to go to Walgreens because it's close to home. I scheduled a appointment online today for 315. I get there 15 minutes early as advised in the confirmation email. I check in and I have a seat, next thing I know 30 minutes go by and I still have not been called back to have my flu shot that only takes 60 seconds. I return to the counter and I asked are you guys running behind today? They tell me no, they have the lady re-check to make sure she checked me in. She says she did and then she gives me paperwork to fill out for my insurance and other information. I already filled out this information online prior to my appointment because it said it would save time on my appointment, I gave them the paper back and five minutes later I'm called back to finally receive my shot that took 60 seconds. I sat in Walgreens from 3 PM to 4:05 PM when I was scheduled at 3:15 if you have nothing to do but sit around all day that's great, go to this Walgreens but if you want someone who's punctual and cares about their customers time, go somewhere else.

The store has always been great for me, but the pharmacy is another matter. If your time in the day means nothing to you, if you don't mind watching people who came in after you with an appointment after yours get to have their shot before you and enjoy watching one of the staff members behind the counter bark at other staff members, then you came to the right place. I left work early, waited for an hour and finally went up to the counter and canceled my appointment.

I just noticed that I've been given someone else's medication. And I've been taking it for a few days before noticing. Check your stuff before you leave, they seemed to be overwhelmed and not precise.

The pharmacy tech, Carlos has the absolute worst customer service ever. I came in at 10am to get a prescription filled for my child. He said it would be approx 2hrs and took my ph# to text me when the Rx was filled. Asked me multiple times if the Rx was narcotics even though I already told him it was for a child. I never received a text. I came back at 7:30pm and my rx hadn’t been filled. He never put it in and obviously left as his shift had ended. I now have to wait longer and come back to the pharmacy when it’s filled while I’ve had a sick child at home that needed medicine all day today. Horrible experience, no compassion and an incompetent pharmacy tech.

I have been going to this Walgreen's for quite awhile. If we are in Lakewood is our favorite, Walgreen's to shop for goodies or hair care products. But today my review will focus on something else.Today I must say they were super heroes for my little guy today. Going to get vaccines once or twice is hard enough but trying to convince him to go get a booster took some effort. But we had a great lady who was so patient and she was such an angel. Today she was wearing a cape and got my baby son still enough to do that shot. He said he did not feel anything. And yes they give lollipops if you be brave. I believe anyone of all ages who do this is so brave. I enjoyed the care provided and the encouragement. If you want to go take your little ones in there for vaccines, it is a good place to go. It is a drug store but the staff providing injections have great bedside manners for children. I was definitely impressed.

Website advertised the pharmacy is open 24 hours. It is not. Also, the pharmacy is severely understaffed, which I realize could be due to COVID related reasons. Staff I have talked to have been as pleasant and helpful as they can, despite being overwhelmed with people needing help.

If they can’t fulfill your prescription. They won’t let you know, so you’ll be left scrambling. I guess you can’t assume with these guys.
