It is the holiday season, the busiest time of the year, there’s only one window opened, one staff covering a very long line.I have been to other locations in the past, I’ve never seen only one window open in the holiday season. I hear other staffs working in the back.I feel quite bad for the only one staff working.Such a long long wait

I don't know how these of these employees are keeping their jobs. Some of my packages I've dropped off in the mornings aren't scanned until the next evening. My last drop off 2 days was a manila envelope I had put through the mail slot and ITS STILL NOT SCANNED. What is going on?? I feel I need to get a hold of a USPS inspector because this is getting to be a real bad habit that the management needs to correct . There is no excuse for this and should Not be allowed.

I been having issues with this place for a while. They never deliver packages to my area saying it's a safety issue which is ok but problem is they never have my package at this post office in lakewood on 100th st. I tried speaking with someone there and the female supervisor was extremely unprofessional. She said she wasn't concerned my packages were not getting to me and nothing was going to change. I was calm the whole time as I was pretty sure to get a refund but still tried saying that what was going on was unfair. And the lady started snapping at me. Almost trying to provoke me to react in an aggressive way. Which did not work but very unprofessional. And all this happening. Not only was there no package but I'm not confident that my stuff won't be tampered with even more with me saying something.

Try to mail a registered letter overseas. The clerk informed me I need a customs form filled out. I told her no you don't but she wouldn't budge. I had to go to the Steilacoom Post Office to mail it successfully without filling out a customs form. The Lakewood Post Office clerks need to learn the rules and regulations about registered mail. I knew going to the Lakewood Post Office I would run into a problem and I did lol.

My husband goes to this post office to mail packages for me a few times monthly. He is fortunate enough to have clerk number 12 to assist him. This man goes above and beyond the call of duty every day and is always cheerful and helpful. Last time he visited, Number 12 was nice enough to go in the back to search for more mailing priority boxes.People need to be more understanding of the post office, and respect the people who work there. Remember, who is still the freaking postmaster general? DeJoy, the man who removes joy from all. I don't know when this administration is going to get rid of him. But in the meantime, our brave people are doing a good job in Lakewood.

goodness this post office has gone very downhill fast. They gave my package to someone else. and wouldn't take any responsibility for it. When confronted I was repeatedly told to come back and no supervisors were available. Why not just own up that you screwed up and lost my stuff.

We got stuck with a terrible postlady who refuses to deliver our packages, shes short and has long hair and when we had been home and tried to flag her down she had drove away! Didn't even attempt to leave a package or ring our doorbell, and each time we get one delivered it's the same story. How lazy !

Came with a prepaid label and the package but didn’t attached the label to the package. After waiting in line the clerk wouldn’t take my package because the label wasn’t taped to the package. On top of that They wouldn’t provide 2 pieces of tape to put the label on the package. they instead offered for me to buy an entire roll to put a small label on a package. No wonder nobody uses the USPS anymore and go to FedEx and UPS. This is terrible Customer service and a waste of my time for a company that literally packages mail. They aren’t in short supply of the wholesale tape they receive but will up charge me for an entire roll to make a profit. Never have I ever had this issue with FedEx or UPS.

Marking Amazon packages as "delivery attempted -- mailbox full" & "no secure location" is a lie, you have contracts with Amazon, don't sign a deal with them if you're unwilling to deliver....literally.... you guys REFUSE to deliver packages at my apartment complex, even when they fit in the mailbox.Lazy, lying, deceptive con artists. Made a formal complaint with Amazon, getting on the horn now to make a complaint with USPS. Shame on you.

Did not even attempt delivery but said I wasn’t at the house to receive package.I have been moving houses, my garage door was open and everything, and they still said I wasn’t at home! They messed up and gave me the time they tried to deliver, which confirms someone was probably just trying to cut their day short, because I 100% was at the house OUTSIDE ALL DAY and never saw the truck.

Lost my mail multiple times. When you call the post office they never answer. Alex needs to learn how to not mess up the mail on JBLM.
