Me and my sister came in today and we met Leah. She is so lovely. When I came in I was nervous bc I am a newbie to waist trainers. Leah definitely gave me all the information I needed to know. She has a great personality and I appreciate her help in guiding me through everything and I'm so excited to have a new waist trainer and start the journey.

I found exactly what I needed. I was able to get the right size. The right product. And instead of the chafing and bruising I was receiving from the ones I was buying online through Amazon I was able to get the right size and right fit with 100% comfort. It felt so good I got three of their products while I was there.

I have changed my review after looking at my bank statement, which differed to my receipt and I was charged the correct price.I did not like my experience, but always want to remain honest, fair and objective about facts. It was ok, good product quality.

Very is to schedule an appointment. Funny, personable, and military veteran. Very knowledgeable about all available products. I was very comfortable during my fitting experience. I learned a lot and realized I was sizing my self wrong. Great place to pick up a waist trainer and medically approved through VA.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I normally don't even write reviews however in this instance I felt i needed to. Unlike at most boutiques, I didn't feel rushed or like I was being pressured into buying anything. She was so very sweet and kind and really helped me understand what waist trainers were seeing that I really didn't have much knowledge on them. I felt very at ease while talking to her and she had no problem answering my millions of questions. I would day that this is one of lakewood best kept secrets. If you don't believe me I would highly recommend coming in and having a look for yourself‼‼
