No help at all, you give them all the information you have including paint the code and they just tell you they cant do anything.

I'm a fan of Sherwin Williams in general. Ever since I was just a handy homeowner looking for a better experience than the box stores could offer. Now that I'm a small business owner who needs paint on a regular basis, I love the level of service at every store. Manager at this location, by the name of Jeremy, is short with customers and rude. I've never had a problem with Sherwin-Williams and will continue to use their products, just not at this location. I don't know if he was PMS'ing or if his bf broke up with him but he was short with one customer who walked in after me and he was rude to me.
