Customer service is great! The reason for the low rating is they close one hour for lunch, I'm not sure if this goes on everyday but today Monday Apr 24th 2023 came by around 3:15pm to find store closed with a hand written sing thats says they're closed for lunch; totally understandable I just ask that you guys please update the hours on Google so customers don't have to waste time and gas

The girls were awesome. One girl had so much she found to relate to with me in like 3 minutes flat! I remember she said she was from Wyoming. The kind of service that definitely deserves 5 stars!

I normally love it there, and the people are usually suuuuuper nice. It was different employees than I'm used to. The person with the long dark hair was super kind and welcoming, but the lady with the green hair pushed us out of the way while we were looking at a specific color and then sat and chatted in front of it for about 15 mins ignoring our existence and the customer she was with stepped on the foot ive had over 20 surgeries on. So I put back over 200 dollars worth of stuff and we are heading to the one in Lacey. Kindness or even simple acknowledgement goes a long way man.

I love coming here, everyone is so nice, I stopped by recently, a couple days ago and I left crying because of how a customer and I were treated by one of the staff members there, I didn’t catch their name, but she was rude when I first approached them.

I missed going to Sally's Beauty during lockdown. I was out today and stopped in. Bought hair dye, really needed it and some false eyelashes with a clear glue. Staff was helpful and courteous. Store was clean and tidy. Checkout was quick and easy.

I went in today and had a weird/off-putting experience that makes me not want to come back. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I said no, but talked to the lady for a couple minutes because she was nice and then I made my way to the hair aisle. I have 2C/3A hair type and I went in to buy a bonnet and look for a new leave-in conditioner, so I looked in the aisle for curly hair. I was talking to my friend on the phone and explaining how I have to be careful with leave-in conditioners because my hair is fine and some leave-ins are too heavy for my hair. So I was looking at the labels and trying to find something that worked for my hair type. The other employee in the store walked up to me and asked me what I was looking for and if I needed help. I told her I was looking for a leave in and that I didn’t need help. She then asked me why I was looking in the “course hair aisle” when I had fine hair and that these products weren’t meant for me. I was shocked at her audacity and told her that I was looking in that aisle because I have curly hair. She then went on to explain that those products were not meant for my hair type and tried to guide me out of the curly hair section. I did not know how to react so I stayed cordial but I was appalled that I had told her multiple times that I have curly hair and explained my hair routine to her. I had run out of leave-in and wanted to try a new one, so I was looking for something that would work for my hair. She still tried to tell me that “These products aren’t meant for our hair. Why don’t you try Paul Mitchell?” Our hair? Ma’am? It wasn’t until my friend on the phone mentioned that I had 3A hair that she was like “Oh? You’ve used these products before and they work for your hair? Have you heard of the Curly Girl Method? Maybe the bowl trick will work for you since you have fine hair?”She finally left me alone and let me get on with my browsing. But I honestly didn’t want to look anymore because I felt uncomfortable. It was incredibly disrespectful. Please don’t assume that all curly hair has to be thick or “course”. I know my hair is curly and it is rude to tell me it isn’t based off of one experience with me where my hair is in a bun. Please be more inclusive. People of all colors and hair types can have curly hair.

Great staff, they helped me a bunch. Well stocked and knowledgeable about the products they sell or where you can get them elsewhere. Will definitely shop here again.

Every time I go to this location I have a bad experience. The last time I went here I was followed throughout the entire store as if I was a shoplifter. All I carried on me was my debit card. I had no bags or purse on me so I had no reason to be profiled while I was shopping. Today I went to make a purchase for the 4 for $20 sale and pulled up the included brands that were listed online to make shopping in store easier because they did not have every brand tagged with the sale. It did not ring up in store and the associate would not honor it even though I showed her it was included. as I walked away I heard the associate make a snide comment about how I pulled up the online sale and she hates when customers do that because it’s annoying.

Store Manager is rude overall. The employee's don't great you. I've worked at Sally beauty before. This store knows nothing about G.L.A.M. I've actually helped customers at this location because the employee's cant even make proper recommendations. And their shrink is probably high because they racially profile while the thief's are their own kind.

Never been to this Sally's met a very nice associate and I believe her manager. Both treated us amazing and offered great suggestions and not pushy at all. We will be back. Thank you for being kewl humanz

Racist establishment. I bought clippers this morning for my boyfriend who just got back from deployment . He said they was the wrong ones . So I went back for an exchange . The white lady who helped me earlier stated that I used them and that all items in the store is final . There was no signs . And I was not told the return / exchange policy when I was purchasing. This store will never get my business again.
