Terrible customer service in the deli. Specifically in the mornings. A month ago, i was there. I wanted to ask a question, the deli girl said, be right with you. She just decided to stock instead. I ignored it. Today, i went and ask for a spoon. She said they dont use or give spoons back there. Interesting, because you sell soups. You might want to have that handy for people if you dont provide it. Just rude. Shes that wrinkly lady thats probably in her 40s.

I went into the store today needing sides for my potluck. I went to the deli and was greeted by Colin who was very friendly, professional and sociable. He helped me out and we had a good talk while doing so. Once I finished up there I went to check out where Amy was my Cashier, she was very sweet and also very professional, even dealing with her pill of a co-worker who was buying soda but then needed a refund she was kind and professional all the way through. I hope Safeway actually reads these comments and values these two amazing and exceptional employees and rewards them. It is a rarity to have top of the line customer service now-a-days and this Safeway has it thanks specifically to these two individuals

All American sub sandwich the bread was unable to eat and deviled egg potatoe salad tasted like seafood which my son,daughter & myself don't care for. $18.00 in food to the trash.

Julia was so nice today! She works in the flower station and wrapped my flowers so beautifully! I had a HORRIBLE experience on mothers day with a staff member who was so rude and had such a attitude, I almost cried and thought I would never come here to get my flowers wrapped ever again. I usually always get my flowers wrapped here so I was disappointed! Thankfully, Julia saved it for me! She wrapped them perfectly I can't wait to come back! ??????

Just going to stop when the website says open till midnight it's 11:35 so you scramble to find your shoes get out to your car and make it to the store at 11:45 but they have a security guard & two employees turning people away at the door, CLOSED. If that's the case fine but they need to update their website, closing time 11:45 p.m.
And while security in back of employees seemed to think it was funny, it's inconsiderate and just downright bad business.

Constant, constant, constant sales discrepancies. What the sale is advertised for =/= what you get at checkout. Or old sales tags on items no longer on sale. Always have to call the attendant to get fixed. They do this on purpose.
Some small everyday items marked up much higher than at competitors.
The bread and bakery is good though.

Just left this Safeway 30 minutes ago. Came to order a 16 pc. Fry chicken. Dark meat. I was told by the female they’re not doing no dark meat only. Serving only mix fry chicken. So I guess I don’t have a choice. Not only i was forced to order their mix chicken. I was also charge the mix price instead of dark meat price. But the menu board show dark meat is available. Got home. The fry chicken breast was super dry. These ppl are disgusting. They desperately needed to sell those chicken breast I guess

I have shopped here for 15 yesrs and over the last 3 years have done so strictly out of convenience..little less than a mile away but lately i get home and regret that i didnt drive a little further to Fred Meyer.I wont go in to every detail like prices..and i dont have complaints with the pharmacy..I always make sure im not going just for prescriptions and keep an eye on the line and when i see its down to a couple people then i get in line.My problem is some of the cashiers are not friendly even when you greet them with a hello and a smile and they act like they would rather be anywhere else.Also when they are doing there own bagging could care less how they pack it and apparently the baggers learned from them because they are off in another world and you would think a blind person bagged it. Mistakes on ringing up wrong quanities and sometimes without sale price..Constantly out of common items and multible long waits at liquor cabinet is a problem..I have had to return to the store twice last month to fix pricing mistakes and now tonight everything was rang up without club card prices yet it was entered so now i have to return again..Im sorry but thats enough for me.
