I really like this place. It's quiet and there isn't a bunch of people there at one time that someone would be bumping into while you try to do things with your storage. I think the price is a great value. The cheapest I've found. Lisa is awesome. She's friendly and really helpful if you get in a tight spot financially. The other staff are just as wonderful. I upgraded my unit and she put me in another unit that was exactly what I asked for in regards to location and other things. Just a nice place.

I have had many storage units in the past I've never had the good service like I have had with the lady behind the desk with safe storage safe storage is number one in my books

Had storage here for about a year, the entire staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed storage in Lakewood.

Got a Uhaul from here. Facility looked really clean and organized. Eric at the front desk was really extremely nice and friendly. Gave great customer service.

Booking my storage unit on their website was cool, I even received a discount (1st Month 50% off)! Then a quick visit into the Lakewood location to square up worked out easy-peasy. I like that the Office Manager remembered me from being a customer 14 years ago.Once I got my moving crew together and a truck reserved--getting into my unit was no problem. I'm happy that the unit was clean & perfect size for my belongings!!!

I have been with this storage facility for less than a year but I have used them before. The staff is ok, the new "must wear mask... & stay 6 feet away from eachother..." is the reason for 3 stars. I'm getting my stuff out of there and a staff member is walking around with no mask. The hallways are narrow if there is more than 1 person its not possible to stay 6 feet away. This should be explained in the area that I've described.

I had a storage locker her for 18 months and they were great
