Store is never open on time, they need to change to a later time of you do not intend to open your store until 9:30 or 10:00 am. I get being C late on occasion but this their reoccurring problem.

I love this place and the people here, but the last 4 times I’ve been in they have absolutely nothing in stock that I need, and no date as to when they will have any back in stock.(I’ve never seen a smoke shop out of all butane every time I go in!) I had to find a new smoke shop.

I used to like this shop. They repeatedly do not have the flavors that I Vape. They tried to push you to buy whatever vape that they want to sell you.. I was also incorrectly recommended a vape that I really didn’t want to try and when I did it tasted burnt and they wouldn’t allow me to get another flavor.

Bought a defective vape. Brought it back within 24 hrs and gave receipt and was told they don’t do refunds or replacements

consistent issues with having the open signs ablaze yet nobody inside. doors locked for 30+ minutes, and whenever people are inside, the selection is bare minimum, as others have said.

Not what they used to be every time I come in here their pod and coil selection is bare minimum. If any their devices are bare minimum if any only thing they keep in stock is disposables and bongs….

“back in 20 mins” sign on door. Locked up at 3:45pm the day after Christmas with all the open signs blinking and a parking lot full of customers waiting… this was my first experience..
